Advanced Plumbing was great, they replaced the burner on our hot water heater the same day. Vern was extremely professional, took his time and showed me exactly what the problem was. Great team and service. Highly recommend.

Advanced plumbing did a trenchless sewer repair for us and did a fantastic job, including going to bat for us with the county to get the project and inspections approved, saving us thousands! Vernon led the project and was a real pleasure to work with. Great company!

I believe the service technician’s name was Maxx. Great team. Came in and assessed everything quickly, got to work and took care of the clog quickly, checked under our house for possible leaks as well. Great service! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Best plumbing business in livermore and contra costa county. Ill never use another plumbing business again! Bill the owner is great, so is his wife Nilda. Eddy did the work at my house and he did a fantastic job.

Edward did a great job, arrived timely and solved our tankless water heater issue in minutes. He then proceeded to service all 3 of our units in one visit. Thoughtful, respectful and effective. He was kind and considerate of our pets as he came in and out of our gates.

We had another clogged needing Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service's help. This time it was Allan (or Allen?). He was very thorough and explained why we had a clog again under the kitchen sink. it turns out it was not quite a repeat of the unclogging service we had back in Oct but rather something different this time around. With the dirt around, Allan did a great job cleaning up after since he had to take the plumbing drain pipes a couple of times to test for leaks. Awesome service as usual.

Had a clog and surprisingly, Advanced Plumbing and Rooter service was available that same day on a Saturday at that. Eddie was very professional and explained all the work and associated costs. He also make quick work of the clog as didn't take too long to get it done. I have a couple more projects I might just call them on vs. taking care of them myself in the somewhat near future!

Fernando and Augusto arrived on-time, checked-out the issues, and got to work. The old on-demand water heater I had reached its end-of-life, and after chatting about the options, I went for a conventional tank heater. They modified a few things to improve the performance and location, and had it up and running in just a few hours. Fernando checked everything I had concerns about, including the PPM of CO2, and the water pressure, which were both within normal range. Super friendly and fun technicians, great job, and the price was significantly less than another quote. They'll get my call for any plumbing issues from now on.

Eddie was professional, warm and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our bathroom faucet and was able to resolve it effectively. He was tidy and left our bathroom the way he found it. He was also very patient while my husband had to leave to grab the new faucet for him to complete the work the same day. I would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing and Eddie is an awesome plumber!

Eddie was so knowledgeable and friendly seriously the best plumbers I’ve ever worked with. Super knowledgeable, clean and efficient. I’ve worked with other companies in the past and these guys blew them out of the water in EVERY aspect. I will never be calling anyone else ever again. 10/10 highly recommend!

It’s come to my attention this company has gotten numerous 1 star reviews as a popular influencer posted about a company with the same name located in a different state. I feel bad for this company as it hasn’t done anything to deserve it, I apologize for all the “cart” reviews.

Advanced Plumbing is always very easy and professional to work with. They usually always have a technician readily available for emergencies. This is the second time we have used their services and Edward was great. We had a garbage disposal that had failed and he was able to diagnose and have it replaced within an hour. I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service in Livermore! From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They came out to clear several slow drains at our house, but went above and beyond when they discovered a bad smell under the house. Upon investigation, they found a dead opossum! They were so kind to bag it up and remove it for us — what a relief! But that’s not all — they also found a leak in the plumbing while under the house. The entire process was quick, professional, and incredibly thorough. They cleaned up everything and left the area in better condition than when they arrived. Huge shoutout to this amazing team for their exceptional service! Highly recommend!

Eddie was fantastic. He outlined all the options, pros and cons, and helped me figure out the most economical and effective way to fix a broken underground pipe.
He came back the next day to do the work on time and did a great job. It was a easy, stress free experience and I would highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Plumbing out of Livermore! When our water softener failed and clogged up our entire plumbing system, we were in a tough spot. However, from the moment we called them, their team knew exactly what to do. They worked diligently to clear all of our waterlines, which was no easy task. After that, they installed a top-of-the-line whole-house water filtration system and softener. They even offered us a 10-year warranty on the new system, which has been working flawlessly ever since. Advanced Plumbing truly went above and beyond to solve our problem, and we’re so grateful for their expertise and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service out of Livermore, CA. These guys truly go above and beyond. They initially came out in the afternoon to clear a clogged sewer line, but upon further inspection, they found a serious issue. Without skipping a beat, they called in their crew and were able to make an emergency repair on the spot. They even coordinated directly with the sewer district to get approval and had us back up and running the same day.

What really stood out was their commitment—they stayed late to make sure the job was done right. The next day, the inspector came out and said the repair work was outstanding.
