I called about a specific water heater and the young man took his time and checked and printed out an invoice and emailed it to me.
Then when I arrived, the price was even lower than I was quoted. That is very nice.
They were busy when I picked up but still loaded it in the truck for me.

I needed a very small part for my kitchen faucet and Ferguson didn't have it in stock, but Jeremy took the time and effort to call around to their other suppliers until he found one, which was mailed to them. He called me back within a few days to say the part was there and when I went to pick it up it was marked "Free"! I know it was a small inexpensive part, but I was more than willing to pay for the time and effort if nothing else. I was told not to worry about it. I call that outstanding customer service.

Our water heater died. We looked around for a reasonable tankless system and found it at Ferguson.
Much better service and price than from the big box stores.
Paul was extremely helpful. He helped us choose the unit. He let us know it was coming from a local warehouse and would be there in a day or 2. We ordered it, and it was ready to pick up the next day. Impressive.

Absolutely unhelpful person at front desk. Didn't bother to try to understand what kind of item I'm looking for, just told me to hire a plumber who will take care of it.

The 2 younger guys here are really rude. One of them gave us a condescending look when we ask for a part but in reality you can tell he didn't know what we were talking about. Very unprofessional.

Never failing to live down the street their reputation, I called in for ONE item. When I got there it wasn't pulled. I told them what I needed. No one pulled it. Finally I got it myself.
