HCDC helped us select tile for our kitchen backsplash. Their pricing for the installation was competitive and did an excellent job with the finished product. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. They even recommended several interior decorators who helped us with the overal remodeling our our kitchen.

Chris and Dan has been really helpful in getting all my home repairs completed from inside and out. Opening the store has helped me to see what's available out there. Chris has ideas that sometimes you don't think of and he can help in many ways. My latest project was installing carpets and Chris helps me get what I want with quality and colors.
Dan is the contractor and I have had many project repairs done by him from outside sidings to kitchen remodel to electric needs. Dave is the electrician and has taken care of all my electrical needs from adding plugs to installing fans.

Chris and his team at Home Concepts Design Center were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They helped us pick out the flooring that matched our lifestyle and we are pleased with the completed project. Their crews were professional and hard workers. We highly recommend Chris and Dan.

Dear Chris and Dan, we've been told by 3, 4, or maybe a dozen contractors and trades people over the years with whom we have worked, "do you know that you are very demanding and that you expect a lot out of the people…?" Our response to them has been, "just ask anyone, we and they all agree.” We are not happy with companies that think they are exceptional just because they do something right or correctly. Competence is merely the entry point for what we expect as part of the job.

We also expect kindness, humility, exceptional communication, professionalism at all times, cleanliness, neatness, and anticipation of needs. A company who gives us answers to questions we did not even know we had. A company who makes suggestions and gives input. We expect people who are genuinely patient and flexible. If a mistake is made, ours our theirs, we expect forgiveness, correction, and simply just making it right. It's how we work through these things that define who we are...right? We know we’ve changed our minds on a few things and you and your employees were so kind and professional about it that it was as though it never even happened. These are the things that differentiate you from others.

We have 11 different tiles throughout our house and carpet in two bedrooms including their walk-in closets. When people walk into our rooms, they literally stop in their tracks to just take it all in. It is beautiful and not pretentious, but it is perfect in all aspects. Laser straight tile lines, perfectly settled grout, carpet that is tight and wrinkle free. In all aspects you two demonstrated these levels of service throughout our entire project. We are grateful, humbled and so respectful of the work you have done that it truly goes beyond words. Thank you both for having this impact on our lives, and by the way, Caesar is amazing and is always a consummate professional.
