Instead of gouging me for a service call to tell me I needed a new pump the gentleman I spoke to, after explaining my issue, told me I was better off getting a new one from a competitor, rather than having him come out for an easy dollar.

Excellent Customer Service. Chris's company does not service my area (Linden) but offered to come by and at least help me with my pool problem. This speaks volumes to me. Thanks again Chris for even offering to help. 👍

Really great service very professional.
We have worked with alot of pool guys and finding delta pools was a life saver for us. We were told our pool heater was bad and spa was no good.
They came right out and had our pool and spa going like new.
We highly recommend them for all your pool needs.

My above ground spa was partially draining each night. Chris came out today and, with only a few questions, was able to diagnose and faulty check valve. He didn't have one with him so he went to his home and got one and successfully installed it in a very timely manner. Chris was friendly, on time and clearly took pride in his work. I have Chris's business card and will absolutely be patronizing his company for all of my future pool needs. Thanks, Chris, for an awesome job!!

I found Chris on google website an happy that I decided to message him for help with my pool & spa.
He responded and made an appointment very quickly.
He arrived on time and looked at my pool & spa and knew exactly what it needed to bring the foundation and water to sparkling clean. My pool & spa looks so beautiful. Also Eric does an amazing job keeping up the maintenance. Chris & Eric helps me with anything I need to know about my pool & spa. Thank you for your professional help!!!

My husband and I called Delta Pool Care to help us learn how to take care of our spa. Chris and another employee came by the following day and were so thorough with us during the appointment. Chris showed us how to take care of the chemicals and outlined our options for going forward. We really appreciate that he was honest about his recommendations, helped us to be able to maintain things in between service calls, and that he helped us to make informed decisions about future purchases. This service is fantastic! I bought a home with a pool and knew nothing so I decided to go with Delta Pool Care and so happy I did. They have worked and explained so much to me and have figured out and fixed all of my issues. Finding out that the previous owner did not properly maintain the system had caused me many issues but with Chris's help we got everything up and working great. Brandon is my guy who comes every week and what a great guy! He's very thorough and we all work together. It's all about teamwork.
