Great price after calling about 7 other plumber organizations. Then they showed with in 10 minutes of the appointment time and delivered on what they promised. The plumber that arrived was Jerry and he was very knowledgeable and kind. Gave some great tips and taught me a thing or two. I would use them again if needed.

Second time having these guys do work for me. First time, they fixed my plumbing from a sewer backup that rendered my toilets and showers useless. Fixed late evening within an hour of my call. Second time, they fixed a leak in the main line into my house. Previous quote from another plumber was to replace the whole line going to the street, $1,900. Crystal fixed the leak and installed a shut off switch for my automatic sprinklers. Didn't have to dig up my yard. Did the work the next morning (called late afternoon). Only cost $315 instead of the original quote from another plumber of $1,900. Quick. Professional. Honest. Fair prices. Exceeded my expectations both times. Thank you so much!

We always have great service from Crystal Plumbing! Recently our water heater sprung a leak and our home warranty was a pain in the rear. So we called Crystal, our go-to for plumbing repairs, and they were able to give us an estimate and replace our water heater the SAME day. A few months ago we called to have our kitchen faucet replaced and they were also able to provide same-day services. Thank you guys for continuing to provide great service.

I had a leaky toilet supply valve, wanted to replace another older style toilet valve since the other was getting replaced anyways, and an upstairs tub wasn’t turning on. Called and Rudy and Bob arrived the same day, just a few hours later, in the timeframe they said they would. They were quick, efficient, and polite. They replaced the valves and said James would be by shortly to continue diagnosing the tub. James and Devon arrived less than an hour later and had the problem solved (dysfunctional diverter valve on the spigot) in less than 10 minutes. They didn’t even charge me for the tub. Overall great work by a team of very polite, professional employees.

Crystal Plumbing is two brothers and their dad (who acts as secretary), so you always know who is coming to your house. Big plumbing companies hire people who come and go. I am so very grateful to have found skilled plumbers who pride themselves on their fair prices and excellent customer service. Throw away all your other plumber numbers. They have helped me with several properties. Highest recommendation!!

Update: Just tremendous customer service. They inspected a new house for me that had sat vacant for several years. Went through everything and gave me a complete report. They never try to "upsell" you because they are as honest as the day is long.

We've had Crystal Plumbing and HVAC out to work on our systems six times since buying our house. Every time they have been amazing! From diagnosing a water heater issue, replacing said water heater, fixing leaky faucets and toilets, and repairing our AC unit, they're always honest, prompt, helpful and fast and we appreciate them more than we can describe in a Google review. Especially appreciate them squeezing us into the schedule for AC repair during a heat wave when I know they have to be crazy busy.
