Excellent service, Very Professional!!
Remodeled a Master bedroom and bathroom. I was kept Informed of the progress every day, the staff were hard-working, courteous and cleaned up at days end.
Highly recommend.

Seneca and entire crew did a fabulous job remodeling my bathroom/kitchen area. They were courteous, clean, professional and tolerated my 4 dogs. The plumber (guardian plumbing) and electrician (new light electrical) were also fabulous. I could not be happier with my experience. Reliable and reasonable price, and finished on time. If you don't use Seneca you are crazy. Thank you to you all!

Ivan and his team were excellent and professional. They completely renovated my main bath. Now showering is like being at the spa. Beautiful tile work by Robert. All the guys were hardworking and knowledgeable.

It took about 3 months to put my downstairs and upstairs bathroom back together after a flood. There was not one single day Seneca did not take excellent care in all aspects of this project, always came to work on time, offered suggestions when needed, listened to every detail of what I envisioned and Ivan called me back ASAP every single time with questions or plan changes that needed to be made. The work done was top of the line and they went above and beyond my expectations. Seneca took extra care to cover everything in my home that wasn't being worked on and I am beyond happy with the results. My bathroom is very unique with the highest quality work possible. A+++++!

Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Seneca Contracting!

We recently had Seneca Contracting complete a full remodel of two bathrooms in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. One bathroom was transformed from a standard tub into a stunning walk-in shower, while the other received a modern update with a new shower and vanity. The craftsmanship is truly beautiful—every detail reflects their commitment to quality.

It was also reassuring to see Javier, the supervisor, on site almost every day, overseeing progress and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Ivan, the owner, checked in regularly as well, showing genuine interest in our satisfaction and the quality of the work being done. Their consistent presence made us feel valued and confident throughout the entire remodeling process.

The team was consistently on time, respectful of our space, and made sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of each day, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. To top it off, they finished the project ahead of schedule! I happily recommend Seneca Contracting to all my friends and family without hesitation. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional results with professionalism and care, I highly recommend Seneca Contracting.

Ivan Anderson and his team at Seneca Contracting did an outstanding job on my kitchen renovation! They handled both the tile installation and cabinet painting, and the results are absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, Ivan and his crew were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. They showed up on time every single day, worked efficiently, and left the space spotless at the end of each workday. Their attention to detail was impressive, and the tile work turned out flawless, beautifully grouted, and exactly what I envisioned. The cabinet painting is high quality too, smooth, even coverage with no drips or brush marks, and it has completely transformed the look of my kitchen. Ivan was polite, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. I highly recommend Seneca Contracting and Ivan Anderson to anyone looking for top tier workmanship and a stress free experience. 5 stars aren’t enough. They’re the best! Thank you, Ivan and team! My kitchen looks amazing.

Ivan and his crew were great. I originally had them remodel my bathroom and converted an enclosed porch to a usable office/bedroom. Ivan was professional, easy to talk to and responded promptly to questions, concerns and issues. He offered good ideas and suggestions, but always left the decision up to me. The guys were punctual, courteous and always left the work area clean. The floors and furniture were always protected. I enjoyed the whole process.
I was so thrilled the way the bathroom and office turned out that when I decided to remodel the kitchen and living room (only a few months later) Seneca Contracting was the only company I wanted to call.
The kitchen was opened up to the living room by removing a load bearing wall and enlarged the kitchen a little. I now have a huge island with a lot of storage and bar stools. My kitchen is a real show place now. I couldn’t be happier with how my whole house turned out. In addition they enclosed my porch off the kitchen and made a laundry room so I could bring the washer and dryer out of the garage. Best idea ever. I now have a new small deck off the living room too. Everyone that has come over loves my kitchen/living room too. They also refaced my outdated fireplace.
I highly recommend Seneca Contracting
