I spent hours trying to unplug our kitchen sink drain and became desperate late in the afternoon and decided to call a nearby plumber. It was getting late in the day, close to quitting time, and I was surprised when a kind lady answered, asked for the address and had someone at the door within 30 min. Jess was very polite and friendly and had the drain unplugged in minutes at a cost that was very reasonable. Allan Frank is our default plumber now.

Been using them for years. Accurate trouble shooting, little jobs to furnace rebuilds. Even the crawl space under the house with the critters posed no problem. Calling them again tonight for gas problem.

Based on the level of service I just received from Allan Frank Co., the least I can do is post about it with a quality recommendation. A plumbing problem was discovered in our 4-plex after 3p and they responded to it within an hour; all diagnosed (main line clog, bad line cap) and dealt with in an hour. Their service is prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. Thank you!

Was having a terrible time getting someone out to change an oven gas valve and trouble shoot my wall furnace. Mr. Frank had no problem doing the work, worked with my schedule, and was there at the appointed time. He was able to get my problems repaired, is very knowledgeable, and charged a fair price.

Mr. Frank was also friendly, polite, and willing to educate me on some of the problems and processes. I recommend his company.

We have been a customer for years due to the quality of service and professionalism Allan provides with every job at our house. From installing a new heating unit, water heater to large plumbing issues, Allan has always been there for us. Even when we have an immediate issue, he has been able to respond in a timely manner. Our washing machine kept backing up into our kitchen sink, and they came out on a Saturday and serviced us (I called on Friday afternoon). I would highly recommend Alan Frank Plumbing, they are reliable and Jace was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional!

Showed up on time! Cleared my sink stoppage in a matter of minutes and with no mess! AND the total price was fair and less expensive than the other 2 companies I called who wanted to charge just to come and look at the drain! Highly recommend! 11 stars out of 10!!

Oh my goodness! I was struggling with sewage coming from both bathrooms and unable to flush anything for over 24 hours! The team at Alan Frank have the touch! Needless to say- problem is fixed and they were swift about it all. Super friendly to boot! I will only go through this family owned business from now on. No time for the big biz and high prices with the run around.

Wonderful company and people. They do a fantastic job. My mom has an old floor furnace that gives us trouble from time to time but allan and his son have no problem fixing it. Very thankful for them and Nikki. Would recommend to anyone!

Repipe: Good materials, professional quality work, quickly completed and all by a subcontracted team of great guys who were experience and worked together to get the job done. That’s everything I’d have expected for the price paid.
5 Stars would have been possible and for more than I'd have expected from a professional . (A word to those inexperienced with hiring out work you decide not to do. Be diligent ask questions, don’t assume, and get everything written in detail. If you don’t, the opportunities for savings* for you will be turned into a business profit ,as I found out, working with Allan Frank and not then being a practiced and diligent customer. "Let the buyer beware" is a perfect admonition here.

Update: it’s been two years now. The system is great with no issues. The recirculating hot water system is fantastic and recommended!
