We had a leaky garbage disposal issue. Nemo from E-Z Plumbing arrived on time, took a look at the problem and said it was an easy fix and he wouldn't charge us for the repair. Just needed a new washer. Nemo shared some advice for keeping our disposal healthy.

We also asked for an estimate to fix an ongoing issue with our toilet. Nemo explained everything that he needed to do and offered a very reasonable estimate. We are not ready for the repair just yet, but we will definitely call Nemo when it needs to be done.

E-Z Flow completed a whole-house repipe, main line replacement, and drain line replacement for me. I obtained multiple quotes, and Andy was the only person who did a full inspection under the house and alerted me to an active gray water leak. He immediately connected me with a remediation company, and the soil was remediated the next day. Andy coordinated with them to complete a temporary fix, allowing me to use my sink and washing machine in the meantime.

In preparing a quote for the actual work, Andy was thoughtful in advising which items actually needed replacement and which weren't necessary. Due to the excellent communication and the effort he put into identifying the leak, I hired E-Z Flow for the project.

In addition to all new PEX that replaced end-of-life galvanized pipes, there was a significant removal of some remaining cast-iron drain pipes, as well as the installation of a new water main and leak detection system with auto-shutoff. They also did a sewer main inspection and showed me the video of the major degradation of those cast iron lines. I ended up having those replaced as well, which required trenchless pipe bursting. Andy called in extra crew members to ensure everything was done on time. The crew was friendly, treated my home with respect, communicated with me throughout, and always gave me multiple options on how to proceed. I am very happy with the work provided and will continue to use Andy and E-Z Flow for any future plumbing needs.

Andy and his team are amazing. Not only did he explain everything to me over the phone he was also very patient with me. I was not able to be present since I live in Texas but he made sure to keep me updated with all the changes. Once everything was completed he emailed me photos and gave me a breakdown as to what was completed. I would definitely recommend E-Z Flow to service all plumbing needs.
