Technician was very knowledgeable of my tankless water heater, very professional reasonable price no more worries about not having hot water. Would recommend him in a heart beat.

We live in a 90 year old house which had central heating which was ineffective. We also wanted air conditioning. Shane switched out our inferior size heater for a larger heater, and installed air conditioning. All was done seamlessly and professionally, and we now are warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We highly recommend Shane Frans.

I had an excellent experience with Frans plumbing. The actual owner came to assist my problem. He Was prompt knowledgeable and always had a smile. He quickly found out that my toilet was flushing slow not because of my drain but the problem was from our actual toilet, from a series of tests that he performed. We had a new toilet put in and no problems. He saved us a lot of money. Frans plumbing is highly recommended and I will continue using them for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

We have used Shane before to help install a split AC unit for us. This time Shane quickly came to my assistance when my AC stopped working in a heatwave. He is very obliging, professional and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend him

Shane is awesome! My parents very old AC was not blowing cold air and the home warranty contractor did not know how to work on the unit. I called Shane on a Friday night and he came over the next morning and got everything running great. He could have easily sold us a newer unit but said that the one they have is good and there is no need to replace it.

Shane was quick to respond for a drain cleaning and an ac tune up. He was highly recommended on Next Door and he's local. He was very thorough and explained to me in detail everything he was doing. Very personable and respectful, he is now my go to ac/heating and plumbing company. Will recommend him to all my family and friends!

Words cannot express how delighted I am having discovered Shane of Frans Plumbing! He came out to snake my very slow draining shower and ran into a wall of calcium. He explained the process of what needed to be done and gave me tips on how to help slow the process of build up. I loved that he showed me the huge chunk of calcium build up that was keeping our water from draining properly. Shane was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Shane Frans practical and creative solutions made our new shower more functional and beautiful! We had remodeled just two years ago and were already having problems with leaks and the materials already failing and looking worn. Shane redesigned the configuration of the shower so we no longer need a glass door. We love it! I highly recommend Shane for his knowledge, creativity, skill and integrity.

Shane was AMAZING!! I had a plumbing

EMERGENCY a few weeks back, it was really bad (I'll spare you the details). We only have 1 restroom and it needed to get it fixed asap! I reached out to Frans Plumbing and Shane answered the call early in the morning. He was at my house and assured me that he can take care of it at a fair price.

He made things so easy for me. It was a crazy day having to deal with working from home with a full day of meeting and a plumbing emergency. He came in took care of everything and did it with such a great attitude reassuring me that everything will be taken care of.
