We avoided a catastrophe thanks to Joe Ludlow and the Integrity Repipe team. We discovered that our pex A pipes were defective on Integrity Repipe's educational YouTube channel, and we realized that we needed to take immediate action. We had no problems when Integrity Repipe rebuilt them with Pex B pipes.

They genuinely amazed me throughout the recent repiping job, on which I had to work with them. They instantly shown their commitment to performing their best work. They were all on target from beginning to end, and it was clear that they all intended to give it their all in whatever they did. Their team worked hard, was meticulous, and ensured I was satisfied with the results. A few days after the project was completed, they contacted us to confirm that everything was going as planned!!!

STAY AWAY from this shady unprofessional so called business!!!! Should be called “No Integrity Repipe” If there was the option for zero stars I would’ve chose it.

Everyone has busy lives, I value my time just as much as the next person. We made an appointment with “Integrity Repipe” to come out for an estimate. Our appointment was at 3:30pm and Noel the guy who was supposed to come out to give us a quote did not come. Did not call to cancel or let us know he was running late etc. We had to call their office, and spoke to “Joe.” He made tons of excuses and even stooped so low as to say “well life happens.” Noel did not give us a courtesy call notify us that he was run late and or why he never showed up. Called the office again, and let Joe know we were no longer interested so they would no longer contact us.
About a min later Noel called, and sounded very non -chalant. We let him know we were no longer interested, due to the fact he left us hanging, after making arrangements and missing work. He sarcastically stated “No problem.”

This company is extremely unprofessional have ZERO integrity and can care less about potential customers time.
