I found Alloi Arquitecture after a bad remodeling issue. They were extremely professional, inspected everything and solved every problem up to code. It was transparent and honest in price. I am very happy with their work. I would work with them again and recommend them in a heart beat.

I have had the pleasure of working with Marcos and his team on a project for one of my retail stores. He is the most caring, attentive and most importantly the best Architect I have ever worked with. Whatever the questions might be, if it has to do with architecture, I know my clients can count on Marcos to help shed light on their options. As I work in real estate, my clients look to me to provide value to them. As an example for seniors - is it best to retrofit their home to increase the comfort level to address their evolving needs or to sell their home altogether and relocate to another housing situation. For a growing family, a question might be - do they add an addition sacrificing the backyard or move to a larger home on a larger lot. Marcos is able to help people of all ages and backgrounds understand what's available to them.

Everyone at Alloi was attentive, patient, and highly skilled. Marcos and Eddie went above and beyond to explain everything to a design/architecture newcomer like myself. All deadlines were met, and they even presented at the town board meetings in a professional manner. Highly recommend!

Alloi has an amazing attention to detail. They took time to make sure every spec/design was executed the way I wanted. I didn't just hire a contractor; I realized I hired a partner to make my dream into a reality. Plus, the founder also looks like Ben Affleck. =D

Marcos Santa Ana was the supervisor on a complete remodel of my home that I did in 2007. He is really smart, conscientious and thorough. Not only that, he is a pleasure to work with. He listens and is respectful and honest. I thought it would be only a matter of time before he went into business on his own, and I’m thrilled he started Alloi Architecture + Construction. I would happily hire him to work on any house project I had.

I have used Alloi Architecture for several home repair/improvement projects and have always been impressed with the results. Marcos has put together a team of contractors who are honest, diligent, and do excellent work. Alloi helped repair my 1926 Spanish style home in West Adams, fixing water damage, installing a new faucet in my kitchen, re-grouting tile, patching and painting walls, and most recently flawlessly patching my original hardwood floor where a floor heater used to be. I honestly cannot tell where the patch was by looking at the floor! They did a beautiful job.

I work in an office on the Westside, and I can't be home every time I need work done on the house, but I have no qualms about letting Marcos and his contractors work on the house while I'm away.

I have some more home improvement projects in mind, and I will definitely be calling Alloi again.

Recently I purchased a 1928 "fixer" in Los Angeles. I knew when I saw this little 800 sq ft cottage it needed a ton of work but with the right Architect my dream home could be achieved.
Marcos has been able to redesign our 2/1 bedroom home into a a stylish and functional 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath while keeping its original and unique character.
Alloi Architecture has been extremely professional, caring and attentive to my vision for this home.

My wife and I hired Alloi for a number of jobs on our property, including soundproofing and installing new floors, fixing electrical panel issues, emergency plumbing work, installing a dishwasher, and installing a new deck and stairs. Marcos was extremely helpful in explaining our options and helping us to decide on the best course of action in each case. Not only that, but Marcos personally followed up on all of the work to make sure every detail was perfect and to our liking. Overall, Marcos and Alloi did exceptional work on everything we requested, and we couldn’t be more happy with the results!

What an incredible uniquely personal experience Marcos and the Alloi team gave us as we embarked on our adventure putting a master plan together for our home. They were very thorough paid close attention to details and really listened to what our needs were for our project, which reflected with each iteration. They really took the master plan to a level we never could have imagined.

Marcos Santa Ana and the Alloi team completed the remodel of my 1940s 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home. I had met with a number of architects and contractors regarding my home remodel before I found Alloi. I honestly did not think anyone could deliver a cohesive/functional design that would address the challenges of the existing home. I decided to move forward with a conceptual study with Alloi as I felt Marcos really understood the challenge and the aesthetic I was looking for.
