Troubleshoot and rewire CO/Fire Detector. Jack was great, he explained everything and solved the issue and repair was done. Hiring Jack/OCA for another job, impressed, hope to work with them long term.

We installed a Jacuzzi at our house and after hiring 2 different electrician we were referred to OCA. When you're in a situation where 2 professionals can't figure it out you start freaking out. So once Jack came out and checked all the wiring and control panels he started to do his magic. First he explained to us that it's not common that electricians work on Jacuzzis all the time and said don't blame the electrician which was very nice and professional of him. He also read the owners manual and figured the problem out. He explained everything A-Z and got the Jacuzzi to work. I will refer anyone I know to OCA and make sure people don't waste there time and money.

Their services were awesome. I had to replace all of my old breakers, they did it in like 30 minutes and helped relabel them since past electricians messed with the circuits.

I needed a number of electrical issues fixed at my house before my baby was born in a few weeks and after speaking to Jack about it he assured me that he would complete them in a timely manner. I was referred to Jack by a neighbor after TWO previous electricians did work for me that was less than adequate. Jack fixed everything. I had a constant buzzing in my overhead dining lights. Jack replaced what needed replacing and the buzz is now gone. He also fixed my EV charger which had be working at half the capacity it was supposed to be working at. Now, instead of taking 17-1/2 hours for a full charge it only takes 7! Both he and Sam, his assistant, are both very friendly and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend OCA Electrical.

We live in a condominium and OCA Electrical was able to perform all of the work we wanted, even without the property wiring diagrams.

We were able to pay the invoice online with credit card or a bank account online.

It was easy to setup an estimate and schedule the work. They were always on time and cleaned up after their work.

Jack was our contract manager. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. He delivered everything we asked for and more.

I was referred by a coworker and let me tell you how happy I was that I found them. First I contacted them about installing a EV charger and I am glad I did because they helped me make a right decision as far as what capacity charger to buy. Scheduled an initial consultation which went very well and told them about the model I wanna buy (juicebox 48), sent them the specs sheet. The day of installation they showed up promptly spent about 3 hours. The scope of work was pretty big as they needed to work on my electrical panel and wire about 50 feet to get it to my desired location. The job was very well and professionally done. They even made me a nice laminated map for my breakers in my panel. Great idea because the black markers ware off. Once again I wanna thank everyone in the company and highly recommend them for any electrical work you may have. I took one picture of the charger but that doesn’t do justice on the amount of work that was done.

I called at 9pm and shockingly a representative answered and booked me for the next morning at 9am! I am extremely thankful to have found this company and Ben did a prompt fan replacement for me and also left the surroundings tidy. I will definitely use them again for future electrical needs!

Terrible Customer Service. Extremely Unprofessional, Unresponsive and Rude. Poor Service all around. If you are looking for reliable honest electricians, look somewhere else.
