Spoke with their foreman, I believe it was Abe who arrived late to the appointment. He took notes and video and said he would get back to us in 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks went by and he didn't give us a response so I contacted him via phone and text at least 4 times. The last time, he said that he submitted it to the office so I contacted the office and left a message. This was months ago and still, nothing. We interviewed at least a dozen contractors and they were one of two that did not get back to us or follow up. This speaks volumes of their company, communication and organization. We obviously would never use them since they never gave us any response back!
