From day one until the end of the project Charlie and his team where very responsive and easy to work with.
We are very happy with our new ADU and we rent it out in 3 days.

Charlie and his team built out an ADU for me. He and his team took the time to make sure things went smoothly. He’s got great customer service, and I appreciated working with him.

We looked for a contractor to remodel our house, kitchen and bathroom a friend recommendation was pacific 1 construction.
They was professional always available and on time! Price was in our budget, look no more! Our house looks great and I’m definitely recommending.

This company installed artificial grass and gravel in the front of our yard. I was very satisfied with their work. Charley represented the company well with his knowledge and communicative skills. His desire to ensure that we received the exact design that we had envisioned was refreshing. I would definitely use them for other jobs.

The project lacked proper coordination between subcontractors, causing unnecessary delays and confusion.Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and there was no clear accountability from management.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I needed redo my bathroom and kitchen so I hired Pacific1 construction through a referral. The team were professional, punctual and communicative. The job was done on time and on budget. Their quality of work is second to none. I was amazed by their attention to details.
Now I have a bathroom and kitchen that is beyond anything I would have imagined. I am incredibly happy with the work of Pacific1 construction and will definitely recommend this company !!!

We had a great experience with Pacific1 construction! At last we got contractors that knows their job and provide perfect service! We now have our dream kitchen and bathroom we always wanted. They are licensed, insured, very experienced and easy to work with!!
Price was close to our budget and all that was promised was done!! No hidden cost or extra charges and such like we got years ago with other contractors.

Pacific1 Construction came highly recommended by a neighbor/friend who just had a lot of work done. I absolutely recommend Pacific 1 Construction. Charlie is a skilled contractor, designer, and project manager that I've trusted with a living room remodel, kitchen remodel, and front yard renovation. The work was done quickly, with an emphasis on quality.

I was also impressed how well he handled inspectors and permitting for my city, he does tons of projects in strict municipalities and can navigate through the red tape! I would (and have) recommended him to our friends.

Pacific 1 is the best. I had air conditioning installed which required 35 feet of new soffit be installed in my living room and dining room. It was installed quickly and efficiently, and you cannot tell the new soffit from the 60 year old existing soffit. I am impressed by their work and professional attitude!

Charlie did extensive remodeling of a bathroom and created a laundry room for me. His eye for lines and detail is fabulous. His workers and the relationship he has with them are lovely. Charlie provides high quality work and doesn’t stretch himself to thin across too many jobs. He is committed to protecting his customers and the quality of his work. His prices fit the market and his consistency and quality are wonderful. I happily recommend him as a general contractor!

I trusted Pacific 1 Construction to completely remodel my home in Redondo Beach, CA. We did the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, build and hookup washer/dryer room, replace plumbing, electrical, fireplace, baseboards, woodwork, refinish hardwood floors and basically take an old home and make it new and they delivered all of this in under 4 months! Sharly has seen it all and done it all when it comes to home renovation…he handled city permits, inspection, had great design suggestions and is hands on with every aspect of the project. My expectations were extremely high and he exceeded those expectation…if you are considering a build or renovation I would go with Sharly and Pacific 1 Construction!

Pacific 1 Construction (Charlie Tayeb) did a fantastic job with our 100 year old house. We needed a variety of long overdue repairs and renovations and Charlie had creative ideas and solutions for the wide range of work needed. Charlie was easy to communicate with and was on site to make sure that work was being done to a high standard and that it was completed on time. He and his team are professional and considerate and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend Pacific 1 Construction and only have good things to say about Charlie and his company! I will definitely use them again for any future projects.

I found this contractor through a head hunter agency because I didn't believe in Yelp, Google, or Angie's List. I was willing to pay the agency to get a guaranteed legitimate contractor since I had many bad experiences with previous remodels. I have to admit Pacific 1 was definitely worth the money. The contractor was at the job site about 95% of the time during the duration of the remodel and made sure every aspect of the job was going according to the time schedule written in the contract. He also kept me informed of any problems which arose during the work so that I can make the decision before continuing the work. His eye for detail and any flaws he saw were remedied by his knowledge of how to solve the problems. He also did follow ups after the job was completed to be sure everything was working. If you want the job done correctly, I highly recommend using Pacific 1.

I had a great experience on two projects with Pacific 1! Charlie was fantastic in designing and completing my outdoor kitchen and indoor storage in a small space. He made the process seamless from start to finish and completed everything within the budget and on time! His humor is an added bonus! I couldn’t be more satisfied.

We waited for years to renovate our garage and to build an ADU.
Our friend is recommended Pacific1 construction, we reached out to Charlie and he respond quickly and attentively. Charlie came to our house and we felt right away comfortable with him. He fully explained all the ways he could help. He quoted a price that was fair.
But it doesn't stop there. Charlie was always easy to reach and got back to me right away if I had any questions - although usually he had explained everything to me so thoroughly I didn't need to ask. Plus, he was at my house most days just to make sure his guys were getting the job done right.
All the team was very nice, respectful and professional. Charlie helped us with the design and choosing all the materials, he was very communicative and patient.Through the whole process we felt it was always about providing the best service possible from Pacific1 construction. Charlie knows his stuff and goes above and beyond. And he's one of the honest contractors out there, which is saying a lot if you've ever had to hunt. Highly recommended!

Charlie and his staff were absolutely fantastic and professional at all times. Our project was a little unique in the sense that it had to be monitored from another state and Charlie made it easier than it could have been. We had a 3 bedrooms plus loft condo that needed a full remodel and Charlie hit it out of the park with the quality work that was introduced. I highly recommend Pacific 1 Construction as there is no task that is not doable with them and the quality shows.

I cannot recommend Pacific1 Construction highly enough. Charlie transformed my 1930s detached garage into the office space I’ve been dreaming about for 20 years — and it turned out even better than I imagined. He also replaced my kitchen flooring, installed new doors, and tackled some very old, messy electrical work with skill and patience.

Throughout the entire project, Charlie’s communication, problem-solving skills, and reliability were exceptional. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and always showed up when he said he would — rare qualities in the construction world.

And as an unexpected bonus — my dog absolutely adored him and insisted on greeting him every single time he came by.

I’ve already hired Pacific1 Construction again for additional work and will continue to use them for all of my future projects. If you’re looking for craftsmanship, honesty, and someone who genuinely cares about the people they work with, Charlie is the best you’ll find.
