I hired Lenco to install three ductless mini split units in my Santa Monica condo, and it was a great experience. As they're a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, I appreciated their expertise and the extra warranty coverage that came with it. They went above and beyond by locating a heat pump that qualified for a rebate from the city, even when my original schedule clashed due to inclement weather. Additionally, they recommended an electrician to address the increased electrical load required for the new units - the work was top-notch. Terrible experience with this company. They don't honor appointments, refuse to contact you, and their prices are ridiculous. The part I needed for my compressor costs over $200, which is almost as much as buying it from Amazon ($8). Their customer service is also completely unacceptable.
