This project had a rocky start. The initial crew's sloppy work left us without heat for a week. Precise Air sent a technician, but after two visits, we still weren't getting enough warmth. Fortunately, Ernie Lucero, the manager, stepped in and resolved the issue. He swapped out the recently installed furnace with a more powerful unit.

At my request, a different crew was assigned to handle the installation, led by Izzy Gonzalez and Ruben Gonzalez. They did an excellent job – professional, thorough, and tidy. Notably, they double-checked the system before leaving to ensure everything worked correctly.

Despite the initial mishap, Ernie's willingness to make things right completely shifted my perception of the company. It's reassuring to see a business take responsibility for its work and prioritize customer satisfaction.
