He was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided excellent answers to all my queries. Once I gave the green light, Jerome began the initial installation process. He was accompanied by Blake and Walter, who were responsible for removing and installing the HVAC system and ductwork. Jerome had to depart for other commitments, leaving Blake and Walter to finish the job. I entrusted them with the task unsupervised and I must say, both Blake and Walter were exceptional! They were trustworthy and courteous. Every day before their departure, they did an excellent job cleaning up. It was as if they were never there. When the work was completed, Walter did an excellent job explaining the entire process and system to me. The work area was impeccably clean after they had finished. Should I ever require any HVAC related work in the future, I know who to call.
