Dr Skaggs made this anxious lady feel comfortable. She is personable and really takes the time to learn about you and discuss options. I've never had a physician spend so much time with me. I was called in quickly, before I could finish my 1 page new patient paperwork. Everyone in the office was lovely. Great experience.

We needed some extensive duct cleaning in an older home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better company to take care of us.

Not only did they do a great job- they went above and beyond… Brandon probably got more than he bargained for at our house but he didn’t let it show.
We appreciated his friendliness and professionalism.

I hesitate to tell you how exceptional Dr. Joanne Skaggs and her office of qualified caregivers are for fear that she will be so overbooked that I won't ever be able to get in to see her myself. She is thorough, knowledgeable, listens to you like you're a person - not a patient, and has superb bedside manner. Plus, if she doesn't have an answer to your question or situation, she'll either research it or refer you to a qualified physician who can. She has been my GP and my family's GP for over 8 years and I couldn't imagine having anyone else to care for my medical needs. A+ supreme service!

When my central AC unit failed, I called this company and they came the same afternoon. The technician inspected the system, found a refrigerant leak, and explained the options clearly. Instead of just topping it off, he repaired the leak properly and recharged the unit. He also checked the thermostat and adjusted the settings for better efficiency. The house cooled down within an hour, and it has been working perfectly since. Their honesty and skill really impressed me.

Dorian arrived very quickly. He was extremely polite. He also answered all my questions. The air conditioner repair was done efficiently, everything works. The price of their work was also good. Thank you for the service! I definitely recommend!

Small but decent facilities

No point in calling. Dr. Skaggs is gone.

I have tried two times to get Mike Dutton out to look at my AC/furnace for a possible full replacement. He schedules an appt. But never shows up or calls. I have used him in the past years ago with my other property and had no problems, but recently I have had issues. Due to that reason I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
