We called Alex after a not great experience from a different company, and I'm glad we did. He came out quickly and was able to diagnose and resolve our issue, and his recommendations saved us quite a bit of money. He was able to clearly explain the issues and the solution options, and I'd highly recommend his company to anyone.

We had a HUGE flooding problem with some external water tanks on a Sunday night. I was panicked and called a few plumbers who seemed confused about our issue. Then I called and spoke with Alex at 24/7 Rooter service and talked me thru shutting off the water safely. He saved our night and we are so grateful. 10/10 Alex is your guy for plumbing emergencies!

I called 24/7 Rooter Service when both my toilets backed up and my fears of a backed up mainline made me very anxious. I had called another plumber but they were busy and short staffed because it was a holiday (Columbus Day). Alex answered the phone himself and after I described the problem, he said not to worry and he will be at my house between 6 to 7. It was 5:30 when I called and sure enough at 6:15 he rang the door bell. He was very calm and patient and did an amazing job taking care of the problem which was roots at the junction of my inside pipes to the outside. He did a video of the line before and after and the results were amazing. He now has a costumer for life. He is a kind of person who exudes confidence and yet has a very calm and humble presence. I give him my highest recommendation. Thank you for saving the day.

I called 24/7 Rooter for an emergency sewer back up. They were there within 30 minutes! Did a great job, technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Easy to work with, clean and most importantly available when needed. Highly recommend.

Had a plumbing issue at my workplace. Made an appointment at night for the next morning. Alex arrived on time, was very professional, cleaned up after himself and fixed my plumbing issue. Also gave sound advice on how to avoid the same problem.

The plumber Brandon is the one you people need to call for emergency service bcoz he came within 30 minutes to my apartment and fix the toilet in 15 minutes and he gives you great price. Once again thank you Brandon for your excellent service and me and my neighbors will call again!

It was the middle of the night and I had just gotten back from vacation when a client called me and told me that the garage was flooding and it was my fault that my guys had clogged a key drain.
I called every roto rooter on Google and everyone said they could come in the morning. But by then cars would have been flooded…Conover Plumbing answered the call in the middle of the night that every other company was putting off. Alex came out to help me assess a situation in my bathroom that was leaking into a unit downstairs. I was super stressed after multiple plumbers backed out on me (old condo, concrete walls, scheduling issues, etc). When I called 24/7, Alex was very courteous, transparent with his communication, and on time. After testing between my unit and the unit below mine, he was able to figure out the problem--and he was thorough in explaining how I should proceed. Water issues are never fun, but I'm blessed to have a reliable plumber so close by!

Excellent work, even went above and beyond and added supports to my drains to prevent them from wearing out as quickly under the weight of the water for my commercial three compartment sink. 10/10

appreciated the Sunday evening availability when our garden hose would not stop spitting out water due to a faucet that was stripped (wasn’t turning the water off) and needed to be repaired. The service was courteous, professional and prompt. I really appreciated the coordination and also the ability to get needed supplies on a Sunday evening and return to expeditiously finish the job.

so quick to come and fix a clogged shower drain, even right after the holidays. Will definitely use them again if needed!

I reached out to Alex late on a Thursday evening, and true to their word, they had a team at my doorstep by 7:30 am the following morning. The team was efficient in clearing the blockage, and they had everything back together and tested in no time.

Cleto was a life saver helping to clear a major drain issue we had. Will need to call another day for a full fix as I had to head out. Very honest winch is hard to find in many plumbing companies. Highly recommended
