Very impressed by comprehensive and high-quality services rendered by Plotke Plumbing. My condo needed overhaul remodeling before leasing out: carpeting, hardwood and tile replacement, painting, electric and plumbing works were needed. It could have been very challenging, costly and time-consuming if I had to hire each vendor. When I consulted my needs with Plotke, they said they can take care of them all. They contacted respective vendors, coordinated and managed their work. The duration was about 3 months and the cost was amazingly reasonable. See attached for how my condo looks like now. I highly recommend Plotke for any work you need.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I called made an appointment for my water heater. I called to verify my appointment the office person who answered didnt even have my information. Missed work for nothing, see my review for red Lilly plumbing came out same day. Polite plumbers even communicated what I was paying for. Looking for an honest plumbing? Call red Lilly plumbing.

Nice people but incompetent. We paid about $1000 for a problem that was never fixed. We still have a cold shower. They came three separate times. First visit - replaced cartridge. $250 for a cold shower. Second visit, general servicing, semi warm shower. They mentioned if we replace the check valve, we should have immediate hot water. 3rd visit, replace check valve. Still cold water. I called and talked to the Manager who validated the work performed. 1st and 3rd time they came, they left and said the problem is fixed.

Now we realized we paid a lot of money for no reason.
