Ruslan came to fix our Miele refrigerator, he quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered to faulty part. As soon as it arrived he promptly installed it plus did some extra clean up of the filters. The refrigerator works great. He is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We would call on him for our other repairs if needed.
