RCS builders helped us with a remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Art did a great job and was really helpful even coming with us to pick out the materials and walking us through the different options. I would definitely use him again!

I have used Art Anchondo and RCS Builders for several remodel projects and have never been disappointed. He is fair and honest and his work is meticulous. One thing I really loved and appreciated was the cleanliness of the job site. He would even call me to make sure his subs kept my home clean. Art was always on time but on the rare occasion he was running late I would receive a phone call letting me know.

The contract with Art was detailed and clear so I knew exactly what I was getting and we both understood the other's expectations. He was very patient with my changes, making sure I got exactly what I wanted and was happy. All changes were also documented and signed by both of us. Very professional.

I get many compliments from people who see my home as they are quite impressed with the craftsmanship. It is not always easy to find a contractor you can trust but I found that in Art.

Our positive experience with RCS is beyond what we ever imagined. They turned our 1930 backyard (with several additions over the years) into our beautiful oasis. Their team was professional and met every expectation. They were always on target, ahead of schedule, and continued to guide us on suggestions and ideas.
There were some unexpected challenges of being an older home, but they approached it all. Besides everything else, Art and Cody are the best professional and friendly team to work with.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with RCS Builders. We could not be happier with the result. We removed a half wall in the kitchen and a large brick wall with two fireplaces in the dining room to open up the space. There was a lot of structural work required to put in three new large beams and cement posts to support the roof. Art and his team were very reliable and efficient. Art was very hands-on and had great suggestions when asked. I love our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Art and RCS Builders to my family and friends.

We just completed the re-design and construction of the front of our house with RCS Builders. Working with Art and his team was an absolute pleasure. The quality of construction is impressive, perfect cuts and joins, these guys are real craftsman. Additionally, as many clients are inclined, we made several design adjustments throughout the process and Art and his entire team (including subcontractors) always listened patiently and were happy to make each change. Another unique trait of RCS is that they are neat... they clean up the site at the end of each day so that all through the process, our house and yard remained comfortable. The result is that we have exactly what we had envisioned from the beginning and with no additional costs, even though the first phase of the project was bigger than expected.

In addition to the excellent quality of their work communicating with Art and his team was a breeze. Art was always responsive and highly organized... without a doubt, this was the most uniquely positive experience we've ever had in working with a general contractor. We have already recommended RCS to some local friends and will do the same as other friends/family have the need for a great builder. We plan to hire RCS again in the future for our next project as soon as their schedule permits.

We used Art and RCS to turn our 1930s kitchen/dining layout into a new open layout kitchen and dining room. We had a new baby at the time, so we really valued how quickly and cleanly Art and his team were able to complete our remodel. Their work included demoing the wall between the kitchen and dining, vaulting the ceilings, removing a window, and installing cabinetry, appliances, new flooring and counter tops. We couldn't be happier with the work and highly recommend RCS Builders.

Art and Cody at RCS were a true pleasure to work with. We used them a several years ago when completed a smaller project and were happy to use them again in building our detached garage and patio. The project was managed very well from start to finish both from the timing perspective and the budget perspective. For us, it was invaluable to have a contractor that we could trust to do right by us and to help us manage our budget.

We are beyond thrilled with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Art was able to provide us with great advice and insights into design as the project went along. Can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a contractor and we know who our contractor is for any project we may jump into in the future.

My wife and I did a whole house refresh with Art and Cody at RCS Builders. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They worked nearly everyday from the start of the project through move back in day (including some weekends). The quality of the work was excellent and they made great recommendations along the way. There was no "upselling", just good logical recommendations at times where the choices can make or break the outcome. We really appreciated their help on layout changes, fixtures, trim, etc (the choices can be overwhelming).
The quotes were well detailed and they were happy to supply more detail if requested.
They were both very responsive to input, questions, changes during the project and my wife and I could not be happier with the outcome. They were both a pleasure to work with and their crew did a great job!
