Randy did an awesome job! He was so good in answering every question I had and was so good at letting me know what was going to happen. I can tell he is a great leader.

Elijah was great in handling the project and kept me up to date with the progress from start to finish. He took care of the permit process, which was a bit messy due to my property located in the county jurisdiction and the sewer is connected to the City line.

Woke up today to the sound of running water in my garage, not knowing what to do I grabbed my phone and googled plumber near me. I was linked with Bailey Plumbing here in Los Gatos so I Urgently called them. The gal that answered the Phone was amazing. Im sure she could hear the panic in my voice, She went above and beyond to help me with my needs. The company sent out Elijah, who arrived within 30 minutes of my call, his diagnosis was
a pipe had broken on my hot water line. He provided me a qoute and was able to preform work at the same time. Highly recommend using Bailey plumbing

My pipes were howling. The diagnostic was the pressure was off due to a failing valve. Cole and Jose were on time, fast, and detailed in their work. I hovered over them much of the time asking questions. They didn’t seem to mind and finished the work. I’m very happy with both of them and would not hesitate to call them if needed.

For 2 days, my tankless water heater was completely non-functional despite my attempts to reset or reboot the system several times, without any error codes displayed. Then, inexplicably, it started working normally again last night, without any discernible reason or explanation. Nonetheless, Elijah promptly arrived to inspect the system.
