Excellent company to work with Received a quote with 48 hours. I received quotes from 3 other vendors & none were nowhere near Serrano's. The crew came on time and not only were they efficient but very clean. Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic company with extremely friendly, helpful staff. After having a tree removed I wanted to donate some of the logs to a local school to use. Dave volunteered to deliver the logs to the school for FREE! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I first saw these guys on Yelp and they were awesome! They responded to my call right away and then followed up with an on-site FREE estimate at my convenience. I wanted to cut down my neighbors tree and they politely explained that I wasn't allowed to do that. They did however help me get the issues that were causing me trouble controlled and even without killing the tree. I would highly recommend their services. I found them to be highly professional, courteous, and down right helpful. They can even help keep you "legal" with regards to those tough neighbor situations like they did for me.

I’ve worked with Dave throughout the years ; and he is extremely knowledgeable in Arboriculture . He is an ISA Certified arborist who always does the right thing for your trees , no matter what. Highly recommend

Working with David and Bobbi from Serrano Tree Service was effortless. Their communication was quick and efficient. We were able to quickly get on the same page for the scope of work. The price was reasonable and competitive for their effort. They also were available within one days notice to complete the job (multiple large trees were trimmed, one tree taken down and stump removed, and multple small trees trimmed)

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job removing a huge problem tree on my property. Start to finish this job was coordinated perfectly. This job required the use of a 40 ton crane and in a very tight working space. Definitely not an easy job but they got it done and came in under budget. Highly recommended!

I had three trees pruned and one completely removed. The crew arrived on time with two trucks and plenty of equipment and got to work immediately. One person was cutting, another was spotting, and a third was handling cleanup. They were incredibly fast and efficient.

They even managed to dispose of about 95% of the wood using a wood chipper and hauled it away, so my neighbors didn’t have to give up their street parking.

I’m very happy with the results. In fact, after they left, one of my neighbors came over asking for their contact information!

I can only speak highly of Serrano Tree service, especially working with Dave Wood. Dave is punctual, highly knowledgable about trees and provides excellent customer service. Under his expertise we treated an old California Oak tree with success.

Two failed attempts to schedule a visit to get estimates. Promised calls back never materialized.
