Si ustedes estan buscando un contratista, les recomiendo a m&e builders. Estuvimos buscando contratista para una reconstrucción y manny fue el único que enseñó profesionalismo a un precio bueno conforme a nuestro presupuesto. Otros contratistas solo querían hacer lo basico cobrando mucho pero manny hizo más de lo que podíamos haber pensado que se podía hacer. Nuestra reconstrucción quedó excelente y moderno en la ciudad de south gate y siempre estaremos recomendando a m&e builders a todos. Nos sentimos muy afortunados de haber trabajado y esperamos trabajar pronto otra vez. Todos los trabajadores fueron honestos y buenos trabajadores y estamos muy agradecidos.

Manny and his team completely transformed our home and I honestly can’t recommend him enough.

He worked on our house for months and the level of effort, patience, and attention to detail really shows in the final result. We wanted an open concept layout, which meant major structural changes, and he handled everything seamlessly. They redid pretty much our entire home from the ground up including structural work, drywall, flooring, a completely reworked kitchen layout, electrical, concrete work, new grass, all new windows, and even redoing the stucco and painting the entire exterior. It truly feels like a brand new home inside and out.

One thing that really stood out to me was how professional and respectful his entire crew was. As a woman, that matters a lot to me, and I never once felt uncomfortable having them in my home. They were always respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with.

From the very first consultation, Manny helped us see the full potential of our house. He gave us ideas we wouldn’t have thought of and was never pushy. Throughout the project we kept adding more and more, and even when it meant going back and redoing things (if we would have told him we wanted a certain thing from the beginning), he was always willing to make it happen and made sure we were happy.

At the end of everything, he left us with a home that’s honestly better than we ever imagined.

We’re already planning on hiring him again in the future for other projects and have recommended him to so many of our close friends and family. If you want someone hardworking, honest, and who truly cares about the outcome, Manny & his team are it.

M&E came in clutch doing my roof before the rain started, These guys are quick and reliable and cleanup after themselves and leave no trace behind like it never happened.

If you are looking to build a home, build an ADU or even fix your roof what about adding a Mini split ac? M&E builders perfect for it all. I've known manny personally for over 10 years but when it comes to his job he is efficient & makes any job priority and does it 200% perfect aside from it he is very affordable and always offers alternatives for the budget.. what i like the most about M&E builders is the honesty & i know he will do the job more than perfect no small job or big for M&E builders look him up his company builds multi million dollar homes like its nothing!! I recommend 100% i vouch for M&E builders no doubt the best in socal thank you for the jobs you've completed for me and my family

They did a great job remodeling my back yard. The work they did was 10/10. I would hire them again

I hired Manny to handle the demolition of a back unit on a property I represented for a buyer, and he delivered beyond expectations! The appraiser flagged the back unit as a complete dump, and both the buyer and seller agreed to have it removed. I posted on Instagram looking for help, and Manny immediately responded with professionalism and confidence.

What stood out was how resourceful he was—he used Google Maps to assess the property and gave me an accurate estimate that same night! Other workers insisted on visiting the property in person, wasting time, but Manny was efficient, proactive, and ready to work. He pulled the permits, knocked down the unit, and left the property spotless.

I am beyond impressed with the work done by M&E Builders. They recently completed a cement driveway for me and also leveled my front yard before adding fresh grass. The transformation is amazing! The new driveway looks flawless, and the yard looks neat, even, and green—exactly what I had hoped for.

Absolutely a Wonderful experience! M&E Builders went over and above to ensure I was pleased. Not only was the work done properly, but they made sure I could operate the installations before they left. All areas were cleaned, vacuumed and restored as it was before they came.

M&E Builders did an awesome job on my home! They did a complete tear down and remodel of my living room area and gave me amazing ideas throughout the process. They helped me choose beautiful new tile, opened up the space by tearing down walls for an open-concept design, and remodeled my restroom.
They suggested moving the restroom door, which was originally in the middle of the living room — such a smart idea that completely changed the layout for the better! They also built a laundry room in a space I never would have imagined possible (made the wife happy) and added a new carport in my backyard that turned out beautiful.

Our house caught fire months ago and after having bad experiences with other contractors for other projects we were afraid to deal with contractors. We met with over 6 contractors and from everyone manny had the vision and the best pricing. He turned our old 1930’s house into a modern home and brought a vision we didn’t even know was possible. He has elevated our expectations and has helped us renovate our entire property with good pricing. He worked with our budget and helped us beyond what we could have asked for. He is knowledgeable in every aspect and very professional. He has passed every city inspection and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is up to code. Communication has never failed and everything has been very clear from the beginning. We have felt the care manny has put in our home and will forever recommend him for any project! If anyone is looking for a contractor for reconstruction or just general in the city of Los Angeles I definitely recommend M&E Builders 🙌

When you think about demolition, you think destruction, havoc, and shambles. So when we were faced with demolishing a beloved back patio on a very short timeline for a home sale, it was genuinely heartbreaking.
Manuel and his team at M&E Builders immediately understood the delicacy of the situation—without us even having to explain it.

We ultimately decided to salvage as much of the wood as possible so we could rebuild a new patio later, and they truly understood the assignment.

They got to work efficiently and left me impressed by how clean, organized, and respectful they were throughout the entire process. The pricing was fair, the work was done right, and the care they showed my family made a tough situation much easier.

Had a great initial experience on a Driveway repaving job and electrician work, with clear and good communication and great setting of expectations. Unfortunately there have been some malfunctions with the driveway gate and while initially responsive to solving the issue, it keeps recurring and I cannot get engagement. Would rate higher if weren't for tough communication.

Okay craftsmanship but was sneaky about our initial deposit. Took the money and no word for 3 weeks. After the job was done we started receiving past due notices from vendors and a subcontractor. Apparently Manny didn’t pay many of the vendors in full which resulted in a mechanics lien being placed on the house. It was a nightmare to undo and those additional fees came out of our pocket as Manny was long gone.
