The service was great. We’ve had issues with our drains for a while. We are glad we called five star plumbing. We haven’t had anymore problems since they fixed it. They were Professional and friendly.
I’d definitely use them again.

Very horrible experience!!! Poor service, very unprofessional. The man was swearing and yelling and being very rough in my restroom the whole time, he used my towels that were hanging in there to clean up the dirty toilet water!!! When I asked him to plz not swear as I have children around he storm d off and left my toilet off and left it with the visible hole on the ground and left all his mess and insulted me on his way out!!!! Very very horribl experience!! Watch out ppl this man has aggression and a temper!!

If your retired and have all day to sit at home this place is fine but if you work and have limited time i highly recommend you use a different plumber. My appointment was between 10 and 12 with Jason no show and no call then at 1 I get a call after im at work that he was a little late and he's at the house. A little late is 5 to 10 minutes not an hour if I could give 0 stars I would. RESPONSE: Be on time and you'll have a good review from me or call and say your going to be late so I can let work know I'm going to be longer. The fact is you didn't call just showed up late. I didn't hide in the house I work a job where im constantly exposed to covid 19 positive cases and saw you and your wife were older and thought I shouldn't stand close to you in a confined space.
