I called because our AC had gone out, they fit us in the same day! Victor was on time, respectful and knowledgeable and got us back up and running. Will definitely use them again.

The consultation with Jeff really helped me understand my options and make for an easy decision on replacing my whole system and ducting. Chuck and the guys were great at the house while completing the job and were very respectful, professional, and worked quickly. Thanks!

USA service where they come out and change your air filter and make sure your equipment is ready for the season. Servicemen was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job as always.

Jeff and his crew are the best. Purls AC, are a class act, from start to finish we were walked thru every step of the install. I was never talked down to or speak in jargon we did not understand. I want to thank Jeff Fagan who was so patient with me while we tried to schedule my AC/Furnace installation during days that kept returning to triple digit heat. We finally were able to schedule it the first week of Oct.
Luke, Ernesto, and Victor were here on Wed and Thurs. They worked diligently each day, were so very respectful, and just a pleasure to have around my home.
Luke, Ernesto, and Chuck returned on Fri to complete the work and to add the much needed insulation. Again, nothing but professional work ethics by all and a pleasure to have around my home.
I’m not savvy about these types of things but everything appeared to go smoothly and I feel confident that I will have a much more comfortable house in the months ahead.

I happened to call after hours about 5:35PM for maintenance at my work, I left a voicemail and when I opened at 8:30AM he next morning "Vanessa" was already returning my call!!! Professional, removal, routing, installation and finish work is all very good. Sanitary installation technique results in a well operating AC system.

Purl's Sheet M. & AC installed a complete Heat Pump system (same system heats and cools interior air), including ducting and registers. They also installed a new tankless (on demand) water heater. They also made recommendations based on my particular situation. They provided different options and I made the final choice of which units to install. They were patient with my taking a number of days to review the alternate proposals, do research on the Internet and ask them more questions. After I made the final purchase decisions Purl's technicians did the work in a timely manner and kept the work areas clean while also containing the dust. When completed they removed all refuse and an old evaporative cooler, wall heater and water heater. I've been using the new systems for about a month and very happy so far. I should also see some significant reduction in energy use, but I need to have more time to see how that works out. Since I made the final choices on the systems installed, I will be responsible for whether there are significant financial savings.

My home is in Fresno, but I chose a Madera based company, Purl's, to provide my new systems. When I researched, including getting bids from Fresno based companies, I was disappointed by the results. I researched companies on the Internet and discovered Purl's. I'm glad I did.

All of their work was performed perfectly and the staff was professional and a funny.

Recently we had an appointment with Purls to have our gutters cleaned but they did so much more. Not only did they clean but they repaired corners and areas where the gutters had dropped over time and were no longer level They even fixed the bent gutter where "the owner' had run into it with the motor home. The team that was here has worked for us before and they proved once again that they are self starters and thorough without direction. They represent their company very well. We appreciate their service. It rained soon after and there were no more leaks. Whenever Purls employees are working here they are polite, tidy and considerate of the home owner.

Purl's installed a new air conditioner and they did a great job. The staff were professional and courteous. They got everything installed in one day, explained all the features of the new thermostat. Great experience from start to finish.

Luke,Sal and Daniel did a great job. All were very professional and vey polite. They used plastic to cover everything in the work area, cleaned up as they went vacuuming all debris. They consulted me with any changes they made in my house- asking my opinion for placement.
