A&A Security upgraded the alarm system in my home and installed seven outside security cameras this past year. Chris and Phillip are quick to respond and troubleshoot any issues during and after installation. They are a trusted local company and highly recommended.

We recently had problems with our alarm system, so we called Chris at A&A. Chris and his brother Phil had our system repaired and renewed in no time with virtually no hassles whatsoever. I cannot recommend this company and its service more or I would. They are knowledgeable, polite, dependable, and inexpensive compared to many other services. I place A&A as highly recommended.

Chris from A&A is fantastic. I have been one of their customers for 2 years now. My back up battery went out on my panel last week and he was replacing it for me within 2 days. I highly recommend them.

I have used this company multiple times. The first time was to fix/ finish as job for my business than another local company could not complete. A&A completed it properly and quickly upgrading the failed previous companies efforts. I then purchased their monitoring services. We were have weekly brake ins , vandalism, and even two fires from the homeless. We even lost 1 trailer. Since A&A put in their system 3 years ago , we have had O loss and the motion detectors along with the ability to scream at the vandals/Thieves from my phone 40 miles away at 3 an in real time before they do damage , well the homeless have moved on and are not living by my shop any more , the system allowed me to play an annoying beeping noise over my phone all night long. Awesome ! No more wire theft out of my outside equipment either. Before A&A we had over 40 police reports and Fresno police were charging us for too many responses to our alarm and our fence was being cut weekly. Last 3 years 0 police reports and 0 need for the police. ( my neighbors down the street still have issues ) More recently, they upgraded my TVs in my home and fixed my internet with a slick point to point set up. I could not ask for better service or performance

Chris is quick to response and troubleshoot after our installation of varies of window sensor and cameras, which it is extremely important in home security services and helpful for our Home security needs and advice!

Chris is fantastic! I was referred to Chris from a friend of mine who met him at the Home show. Everything I was told about Chris was an understatement. We moved into a house which had an alarm already set up and never having a security system before, we were lost. Chris came out to check out our system and train us a well. It is such a great feeling to know that some companies still understand customer service!

This man is a absolute GODSEND. We just bought a home built in the 50's with an incredibly old alarm system. I accidentally hit one of the "emergency" buttons on the wall in our home while moving furniture. The alarm went off for nearly an hour while my daughter was on zoom for school and the sound was horrific. I called the company listed on the alarm box only to find out they have been out of business for a decade. I then called the police department and the fire department and no one could help me. By this time I was on the phone hysterically crying to my husband who is working out of town and in a last minute effort to stop the torture, I called the first alarm company I saw on google. He sat on the phone with me and had me text him a picture of the system's wiring and helped walked me through what to do and the sound finally shut off. I was so relieved. He even offered to come help but I am across town. I would never imagine taking my business anywhere else. We will be getting an alarm that is up to date and absolutely will go through A & A. 100% recommend

I searched around quite a bit on Yelp and called a few places for quotes on alarms/monitoring. I'm glad I found A&A, which I've had for about six months now. They have been polite, professional, thorough and prompt throughout. They answered all of my questions in advance, respond quickly to texts and emails (even outside of normal business hours, which I didn't expect), and worked fast to install the sensors and keypad in my home. Additionally, they took the time to explain everything well and made it clear they were available to help more anytime, without any additional sales pressure to buy other items related to my system. A great deal and great service.

I was referred to this company for my home security system. I wanted to feel safe and Phillip Murdock was highly recommended! Well he and his brother Chris did not disappoint. Amazing customer service and very competitive pricing. Actually no competition. They were the lowest. Should've actually charged me more but don't tell them that. I've had random questions while learning my new system and Phil always returned my call or texts the same day!!!! Now a days that is unheard of. To actually speak with a human and "press 1 , press 3, your hold time will be 72 days" !! I have referred 3 people already and they said the exact same thing. My friends and I are very pleased. Lifers!! I am safer today because of you guys. So thank you.

These guys are great! Chris and Phillip are very friendly and really know what they are doing. After making the appointment over the phone they met me at the house I recently purchased. The previous owner had an existing system but it was nothing but a huge mess of wires. They showed up on time and got right to work. They straightened it all out and the system works great! Having this alarm system gives me huge peace of mind. I love it! If you need a security system these guys are the ones to call.

So happy I found A&A Security- they made my alarm system so much easier!! They converted my old landline alarm system to my cell phone with an app so I have easy access! They also installed 2 additional Ring2 monitor at cost- did not charge me for installation. Their website is straightforward and easy to understand. The price of dropping my landline pays for my monthly monitoring!

I researched many security companies prior to deciding on A&A Security Services, including the "do it yourself" companies and the large coporations, such as ADT. After reviewing all the options, I decided to go with A&A Security Services for several reasons: From the first phone call, Chris was (and is always) readily availalbe and professional. Installation was done on time as scheduled and flawless. Moreover, Chris gave personalized recommendations regarding what type of system to install based on the specifications of my house, which the "do it yourself" companies cannot offer. After installation, Chris and his brother took extra time to explain the specifics of the system until I fully understood its functions and applications. Moreover, Chris came back the following week to install another motion sensor per my request without any hesitation. Chris and his brother are polite, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly reliable. I would absolutely give the highest recommendation to A&A Security Services for anyone looking for a personalized and reliable home security system.

Chris and Phillip are FANTASTIC and funny. I couldn't find a better system and service anywhere.

We first met Chris with A&A Security at the Home and Garden Show at the Fresno Fairgrounds a few months ago. Set up an appointment to get an estimate at that point. Was very impressed with his knowledge, what I was asking for was considered difficult to impossible by the "Big box companies" but Chris had a plan on how to achieve it within minutes. They don't just sell "Lifestyle systems", they can put a system together that meets your needs, not just what the big box guy has to sell you.
Long story short, amazing systems at our home and store!!!!!!
