Martin was professional and completed the repair promptly. Since the previous repair work had failed, he took his time to complete additional fixes that should solve the issue. He also provided valuable tips for optimum performance. I would definitely recommend his services.

Kenny was great! Experienced and thorough, he helped us with our original request and an issue he discovered after looking into our system. He made sure everything was working properly before closing our case and had answers to all of our questions. Really appreciated his work!

Ryan came for my service visit. He was extremely thorough, took pictures of everything he checked, and cleaned. He explained what he did and why, and made recommendations for when something might need to be repaired, in maybe a year or two, and made a suggestion for a product he has found to be very beneficial, but certainly not necessary.
Ryan was very polite, organized, and is sending me all the pictures he went through with me, and provided me with the website for information about the product he suggested.

Villara sent Steven Tanberg to my house to do a maintenance check on my heating/air conditioning unit and did an amazing job!!!! I hadn’t realized just how old my unit was, but he was able to give me an apx age (which was quite old!!!) and then give me a few more years to go!! In the six years I’ve lived here I’ve always used Villara and their technicians have always done a good job!! They keep adding more years to my unit and Steven just added more!! He was very kind, pleasant, and through!! Call Villara!!! Ask for Steven Tanberg!!!!
