We called Warren's for our air conditioning unit this summer. We are very pleased with there customer service and how punctual they are to an set appointment. The prices at Warren's were the lowest over anyone. We will call them again. Use Warren's and the job gets done.

We had a new heating and air conditioning system installed by Warren's Heating & Air Conditioning in February of 2018. We have been very pleased with what they did, and can strongly recommend them. Some of our reasons are listed below.

1) Of the four contractors we contacted, Warren's was the only one that mentioned a PG&E rebate that we were eligible to receive.

2) They were the only ones to say we really should have our 40+ year old duct work replaced. The others either did not mention it, or thought it not worth the trouble. When the independent tester did the mandatory pre-job duct test, he found that we were leaking "almost half" of our air. After the job was done, the post-job test showed that the leakage was less than 5%.

3) The workers were professional, polite, qualified, neat, and ready to explain what was being done.

4) The quality of the work was excellent. The Stockton inspector found no problems. We were one of those randomly selected for an inspection by a PG&E representative. She was also impressed with the workmanship. Her duct testing confirmed the previous post-job leakage.

5) The heating in our home is now a lot more uniform. We have not had a chance to test the air conditioning yet.

Warren's HVAC were flexible on making the service appointment, on time arriving to provide the service, and quickly completed the required work. They were thoroughly cautious about about maintaining cleanliness while in our home.

Honest company. Works hard to solve a difficult situation.

Super happy with our experience with Brandon at Warren's. Our a/c went out, called them on a Saturday afternoon, he arrived within a couple hours, made the repair and we were good to go! Pricing was great and Brandon was extremely friendly and polite, which doesn't happen much these days! I will definitely recommend them to my friends & family!
