Spoke to Josh for a virtual technical support appointment. He was very helpful and provided me with technical support on my mesh system based on his knowledge that’s helpful for my other home electronics. I’ve had no complaints with Semper Solaris. This interaction with Josh reminded me of how happy I am I chose Semper over sunrun, who I had at my previous residence. Sunrun was terrible and Semper Solaris is great which is why I’ve referred several people.

Chris was exceptional as a knowledgeable worker, explained the process, cleaned up after each day of work and explain/taught us how to operate the HVAC.

This review is for Mike the technician not Semper Solaris the company. Mike showed up promptly and assessed the issue that I have told customer service about for weeks. It should not have taken a month for a customer service agent to get back to me and schedule an appointment. Regardless of the issues with Semper Solaris, Mike was fantastic, fixed the issue, got my system up and running, and was the most respectful technician that I have had in some time.

Angie was amazing!! Super helpful, sweet and professional! She even made sure to follow up later in the day to ensure my data was updating and that my panels were all producing as they should!! I’d give her more stars if I could; she was wonderful to work with!

Angie was outstanding with her support. Very knowledgeable and explained the issue very clearly. She provided alternatives and cost effective ways for me to get back to a full system monitoring. By far one of the best customer support representatives I have ever talked with.

Angie was awesome, she was professional, kind and very helpful. As far as the company I used to be a big supporter but the customer service has gone south. I call three times over two weeks and left a message regarding my solar issue with a live call taker. I never got a call back. I had to connect with a former employee to get a response. Roland O has been very helpful from the start of this installation project to the very end of the completion. His knowledge to understanding the installation plan and carrying out the plan through has been excellent. We appreciate how he understands my household's needs for electricity and how patient he has been through explaining the process to my parents. Great customer service - rapid follow up. Confirms our choice to select Semper Solaris as our top solar installer! Angie was quick and courteous even though the original problem was with the manufacturer and a repair that had been performed the previous week, she was able to fix in 1 hour what the manufacturer had ignored for six days! I want to say that Josh handled both of my issues w professionalism and true concern. The greatest thing is he came up w a solution at no cost or inconvenience to me w regards to the electrical panel that SS installed on my original installation. His demeanor was very reassuring that he would be in contact w me as soon as he could after his investigation, which he did in a timely manner. Josh is an asset to SS company

I usually do not like to reviews, but in this case, I would like to shout out that Josh D is a very professional , courteous and knowledgeable tech support member for Semper Solaris. He definitely makes dealing with technical issues a lot easier to deal with. As long as I continue to get great customer services I can without any problem give them a recommendation. Cause that the main issues with companies that install solar/battery backups. Once installation is complete, they disappear but so far with Semper Solaris they continue to be there if needed and for me that's what counts.

Choosing Semper Solaris was a no brainer. Very easy installation. More importantly than the install has been there service I've received when contacting them. I was recently working with them to resolve questions regarding consumption vs generation on an annual basis. Josh D was an amazing representation of this company. It was a delight to work with and, the fact that he appreciates a good excel data spreadsheet like I, was a plus. Data doesn't lie...

Tony DeLanda and the Semper Solaris team have been amazing. The solar panel/battery install team was quick and efficient and did a great job. They were in and out in one day (six hours) instead of the allotted two days. Very happy with their services thus far…job well done, thanks!

When making an appointment for maintenance, I was clear about what was needed. However, upon the service tech’s arrival it was discovered that a last-minute necessary change in schedule had caused the tech to be unprepared. With direct communication all was adjusted and service performed as expected. The tech, Albert, took the time to explain in detail everything that he did and was courteous and professional at all times. Absolutely excellent service.

Lance gave us detailed information and established our highest level of trust in Semper Solaris. Manny and Jose replaced our roof and we love our new roof and we love the job they did! Juan and Lupe followed up with installation of the HVAC and we are overly satisfied with their knowledge and craftmsmanship as well! Mike and Tim , from the Semper Solaris office kept us informed with very helpful updates and responded in a timely manner when we had concerns. We truly appreciate the team efforts of all of these individuals and we are overly satisfied so far. We take great pride in our home that we purchased in 1987 and we now take great pride in these upgrades! Looking forward to the addition of solar next.

Angie was great at helping me get my two Tesla Powerwalls added to my app. We had some troubleshooting issues along the way, but she was relentless at helping to ensure that we completed the mission. Thanks for that!

Danny S was once again, extremely courteous and honest. He returned for our routine maintenance, provided some quotes for ducking versus an additional mini split. He did an excellent job cleaning the coils on our mini splits and replacing the filters. He was quick and efficient! It’s always nice when he comes by.
