Ruby has done an eavestrough and a couple downspouts for us. The pricing is excellent and the quality of work better than exceptional. Crew comes in, assesses, then rapidly gets work done. Quick quiet professional.

Eavestrough added to carport. About 20' long. Color perfect match to eaves.

Downspouts. INCREDIBLE. Copper head and downspouts. Install quick, clean, perfect mounting with zero damage to walls. LOOKS AMAZING. Beautifully matches 100 year old home. And very reasonably priced. Two downspouts 25' and 15' high. 4x2 pipes. The heads are FREAKING COOL.

Mark had some excellent suggestion for my remodeled house. He and his guys did a great job of cleaning, repairing, and adding new gutters. Highly recommend Mark and his crew!

They did the work two days after I ordered it. Crew was fast, thorough and really cleaned up. They installed drainage piping and downspouts on our building. Piping is good quality, looks nice -- and they put padding in the bottom of the piping to prevent dripping sounds.

Good feeling -- we're now prepared for the next rainy season.

This is the only people I would use I had them do different jobs thru the years.
They all know what their doing. Is a very
dangerous job and the last thing I need is
someone getting hurt on my jobs. They
work safe and they are covered if something did happen. A lot of these gutter people are
Fly by night. Meaning if something happens
they just shutdown and start a new company. This guy has been around for a long time.

Mark and Riley were very professional, and it’s great to support a local small business and school alum (go Samohi!). Riley did a great job adding a new diverter, gutter and downspout to an area that had been missed by a prior installer, and Mark was very thorough in cleaning our entire gutter and drainage system. I plan to use them again.

I’ve been using gutters by ruby for the last 5 years. They’re reliable and super efficient! Excellent service! Mark is always prompt and professional. They came out today after the last rainstorm and our gutters drain perfectly now. Highly recommend!

Well, I didn’t call these people to get a quote. I told him so I’m not wasting anyone’s time or their time. I was just asking him what they charge per square foot on an average pitched house. I also explained this is just the perimeter that you wouldn’t be walking on the roof so very light easy install. But like I said, I was not able to get a square footage price so unfortunately I had to review the page like I did.

After so many texts confirming they are coming the next day they never confirmed or showed up. Poor communication and follow up for scheduling appointment.
