I recently needed a breaker box replaced on short notice. Hein sent an experienced expert who quickly diagnosed what was going on, and came up with a solution that saved some time (which also means less $$$). I'm very pleased with the service that I received, and would call them for future electrical needs.

We had a problem with wiring in a switch, it was later in the day and I called Jim to explain what was going on. He told me he’d stop by that evening on the way home to look at it. I tried to tell him to wait until the next day since it was getting late and he insisted to make sure we were safe that night. He stayed until he fixed the problem and went over a few other areas that he was concerned with. You can tell he cares about what he does and people. We’ll definitely use them in the future.

From the first call to HEIN Lighting & Electric I felt like I had found the company I want to work with! I was given an appointment for just a few day later. WOW!! Nate showed up an hour early which I was thrilled with! He listened to the issues I was having with our 65 year old business sign. He needed no assistance and got right to diagnosing and then off to pick up transformer's to fix the problem! Nate was Great!
