Sam at Service Champions was amazing and kind. He was very diligent and thorough in diagnosing the problem for my furnace. Sam kept me updated and explained everything along the way while he was working.

Our service advisor, Chris, was prompt for our appointment, uniform impeccable and went over our options to have a complete new HVAC system installed, to include duct work as our system is 26yrs old.

Day of install, only 7 days after I chose Service Champions for our complete HVAC system and duct work, there were two crews that showed up at 9am on the dot!

My house feels so cozy, just a couple hours after they finished the installation, which took 8hrs and the crews finished cleaning and removing all debris by 5pm. Our house didn’t have any signs of the crew being here. The new heating unit is so quiet, the new insulated duct work has already made an impact on the warmth of our home and can hardly notice the unit is turned on.

The whole experience was truly gratifying. The technician arrived early and prompted us of the installation process which was performed and completed professionally and efficiently. We were expecting it would take the whole day but it got done in less than four hours. Our 20 year old water tank which became a safety issue due to corrosion was hauled away and was replaced with a tankless water heater. It is quite an upgrade and we love it. It works instantaneously and efficiently not to mention the nice aesthetics. More importantly, we truly appreciate the flexible financing that made it a no brainer. Thank you so much for everything that you do.

Shaq was amazing! Super cool guy, I do construction and I can tell that guy is honest and I wouldn't worry if he was to qoute a price for someone who didn't know what they were looking at. I highly recommend.

I had a hard time finding a company that would actually come out and look at my furnace, despite the fact that a few said open 24 hours. However Service Champions came to the rescue. Dylan was polite and efficient in his diagnosis of my furnace.

Old furnace wasn't firing up so we needed a repair tech on a Sunday. Service Champions sent Jesse and we got text and email updates about his arrival time, but the first time it glitched and we were very confused.
Skip to the assessment. Jesse was fair and honest about the possible repairs needed and quoted step by step repairs.
When the unit still wouldn't work he went off looking for the 29 year old parts to help.
Next day he arrived and it wasn't looking good so we called Tony out to get a quote on a new system.
I was quickly googling parts and service costs and these guys were honest and respectful.
We got lucky that our old unit is a standard size and they had a new one ready to go.
Also look into their service plan. I never go for these things but if I had when we moved in maybe we wouldn't be stuck without heat this long.
Installation was a breeze and the guys were on time and very respectful!
