Great service, willing to help problem solve, on time, accurate and most of all, honest. They could have socked me for a job costing 10's of thousands of dollars, but they found a way to fix my issue at no cost. Who does that?

We were referred to Affinity Groundworks for some construction needs to a home occupied by an elder person. That person was coming home from the hospital after 2+ months. The home needed some very important deferred maintenance items, such as the oven, dishwasher etc along with some plumbing issues. In addition, the structure badly needed the exterior pressure-washed to create a clean environment. All of these items happened and were completed within a day or two.

What is important to note is that when they heard that this person, who is in their early 90s, was fighting and winning against pneumonia and COVID-19 they jumped into immediate action. Everything happened within one day, without meeting us in person and without a deposit. They just wanted to help an elder person that was fighting, winning and wanting to come home to receive care in the home versus being left in a hospital where nobody could visit. They responded as if it was their own family.

Oh what a pleasure to find an honest company. Prompt and efficient, pleasant, courteous. Lateral pipe was cleared of roots for maintenance. Other companies have told me to replace the pipe without even scoping it first! Advanced Trenchless always scopes the pipe and gives an honest opinion of the status of the pipe! In 2018 These folks replaced our sewer line all the way to the cernter of the street. They did so without trenching, as advertised. It was a big project and took three days. They worked quickly, efficiently and were well organized. Pricing was fair - especially considering they were easy to work with.

I would use them again for a sewer line replacement.

Always responsive. Always friendly, respectful, courteous, and informative. They are head and shoulders above other plumbers. Another plumber claimed repeatedly to have fixed something which mysteriously kept reoccurring. Advanced Trenchless showed me what was going on with their cameras, and then they really fixed it.

Efficient, helpful and considerate. We had a family emergency and were unable to be present when the team came to work at our house. Not only did they complete the work, they took good care of our dogs who had to be in the yard until our return that day. The technicians kept us informed every step of the way including lowering the bill after examining the project in greater detail. One doesn't want to need them again, but should another problem arises I would definitely call them back. Great service!

I recommend Nick of Advanced Trenchless. Nick used a camera and found the sewer problem and fixed my 4” sewer offset issue between the 4” cast iron pipe matchup to the city 4” clay pipe.
He then cleaned the tree roots out all the way to the 6” main. Nick and his team was efficient and professional and price reasonable. Definetly check with Nick for his opinion on any sewer issue.

They exceeded my expectations- taking care of permits, doing the work efficiently and using high quality materials. The only bottle neck was the City permit process, but this business was fast and efficient with their work. And they were also very easy to work with, responsive to both texts and phone calls.
