great company with fast response times! Our restaurants ac went out around 12pm and we open at 5! called a few heating and air companies and they were the first to get back to me. All of their employees were currently out on other jobs but the owner Jeff himself came out and fixed our miner problem by 3pm leaving us with a fresh dinning room for the busy night shift. highly recommend them!! family owned and operated! We recently replaced a heating and air conditioning unit at our rental. Spoor's Heating and Air presented a very reasonable bid for the work with higher end equipment than what their competitors offered. They were extremely timely and professional, both when the old heater needed servicing, as well as installing the new system. The new system had some difficult placement issues and they did an excellent job strategizing the best installation solution.

My husband used to install these types of systems (retired). He observed the work, and was extremely pleased with the end result.

First time using Spoor’s HVAC and I would highly recommended them. John W. was honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got my system up and running. The pricing was fair and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. The receptionist, Nick, was friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me updated on when John would be at my house. I’m lucky I found them, it’s hard to find good honest people.

Got three estimates from three different companies. Spoor’s was the most thorough, most timely and somehow, most affordable of the three...by far! We had kids in the house when they installed a furnace and AC unit. It was not an easy install. The team was professional around our kids and worked their tails off to get the job done. Once complete, they communicated how the system works, cleaned up their areas and ensured we didn’t have any further questions. Don’t waste time and money getting three different estimates! Just go with Spoor’s!

My heating system stopped working, Had bell bros come out and after a guick look was told I needed to replace my entire system . technician from Spoor's came out and found loose wiring. problem solved. will continue to use this company for any future work.

I had a horrible experience with Spoor's Heating & Air. I would never recommend them to anyone, so please think twice before you choose them to perform any work for you. Their customer service is horrible. They installed heating & air at my new home and I've had issues with both. The only way they'll come back out and look at what they installed is if you pay a lot of money. It's all about Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, and I believe they lack both.

Sorry to say my experience has not been favorable. After three years of what I thought was "Preventive Maintenance" found out the work was not performed! Now I find myself feeling cheated and owners are not returning my call? I feel I am due an explanation as to why they were at my house two times a year but the work not done? Beware!! Didn't even want to give them one star but it is the only way it would post.

Back when it was scorching hot, my AC quit. I called Spoors, and after leaving a message they eventually called back. They gave me an appointment two weeks out. The guy came out, looked at the unit, and charged me $100 to confirm that what I told them was true. (The unit has a code 35 on the display. All he did was look at it.) He told me that they have a guy on staff that fixes these type of units (Note that I had given them all the model numbers over the phone.) He said they'd call back within two days with a quote. A week went by, and I left a message. Another week, and finally someone answered the phone. They seemed unaware I was waiting on them. They called me back after asking around, and said they had needed to order a special tool, which was due to arrive this week. They seemed unaware that I was expecting a quote. Another week went by before I left yet another message. No response. I've tried calling another week later, but didn't bother to leave a message. That was over a month ago. I've given them plenty of time, but still nothing. I hate giving bad reviews, but whatever is going wrong for them, I hope it gets better.
