We had a flooded restroom, Mr. Downs came to the rescue. He responded quickly and is very professional. Downs plumbing was our 3rd estimate, we were quoted a fair price and his work will not disappoint. I highly recommend Downs plumbing.

Downs Plumbing is professional and fairly priced. Work is top notch and customer service is outstanding. I’ve used Downs plumbing for several jobs that were beyond my skill level and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Highly recommended you call.

Our main water line had a leak, and after calling around for a plumber, Downs Plumbing was the only one willing and able to help me right away, and within an hour Pete was already working on the problem. Very professional, honest, local, and very reasonable with prices. We will be using Downs Plumbing from now on, and thank you Pete for taking care of us with an urgency.

Peter was spot on two times fixing all plumbing issues and will be on speed dial moving forward. Nice to know there are good people doing legit work that are kind as well.

Reliable and knowledgeable. Handled the problem promptly and professionally. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Pete was so polite and helpful with a great work product. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

My father owns a home in Sun City and we had a main line stoppage. After two visits from another plumber who offered scoping and other expensive options, I stumbled upon Downs Plumbing online. I gave Peter a call and he came out same day, completely resolved the issue, and told me if I have any issues to give him a call back. If you’re looking for a good, honest guy who has the local knowledge needed for Sun City and Menifee issues, this is your man. Good work, good service, highly recommend.

Pete is a true honest and reliable plumber. His prices are great and he is very polite. We had a great conversation during my tankless water heater flush. Will be using Downs Plumbing again in the future.

We’ve used Downs Plumbing 3 or 4 times now & plan to keep using them. Pete is very professional, easy to get ahold of & reasonable in his pricing. Nowadays it seems that many plumbers just mark up their prices, but with Pete you don’t ever feel like you’re getting ripped off. If you’re looking for just a real/no-nonsense plumber, I highly recommend Downs Plumbing.

They came out within 24 hours after our first call. They were super professional. I see they already have a 5 star rating and absolutely earned it. This is a good small business! We need to support small business. Thank you Downs Plumbing!

Pete was super responsive and $1000 cheaper than a quote we got from a big chain. He was able to install our new water heater in less than a day. Will totally use him again and recommend him to anyone!

Prompt service by the technician. He was friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable about my problems and repair. Would certainly use Downs Plumbing again.

Most affordable plumber in Menifee by far! Fast and reliable service with great communication. We had a whole house water filtration/softener installed and could not be happier with the wealth of knowledge and wide range of options that were given to us to fit out budget and needs. Will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.

Best plumber in Menifee! Called around a few places, got the best bang for my buck with Downs plumbing! Had a tankless water heater installed. Really happy with the customer service and the installation done by Pete. Highly recommend and we will be using him from now on.

Pete crawled under my house and found a horrible leak. He helped my find a company to clean the mess and rescue my home then he fixed the plumbing. Epic save in a timely manner.

Pete was the man! Went above and beyond getting our warranty water heater, install went smoothly, and fair pricing! Highly recommend to everyone.
