What started as a living room addition on the back of our house turned into a 75% house remodel, in the middle of the pandemic. Tony figured out how to let us stay in the house during the project, saving us the hassle and expense of finding a new place, moving out, adjusting to a new location and moving back in when the project was over. Tony and his team at Nolasco Construction Group could not have been more friendly, professional and focused on our needs whether it was through pre-project meetings with the architect, a shovel-and-champagne kickoff, frequent visits to the site to meet with us and check on his team, working through change orders, management of subcontractors (glass, cabinet, paint, door/window), billing reconciliation, etc… My wife and I would highly recommend Tony and his team to anyone who wants a contractor that listens well, does high quality work, and sincerely cares about your vision, needs and the intimate details of your project.

I have had construction projects with Tony and his company for over 30 years. Some of them have been big and many were smaller home maintenance projects. Tony, his team, and his subcontractors have always been there for us with the resources to complete the job on schedule and at a fair price. Recommended by my neighbors, Tony and his team helped us completely renovate our home during COVID. Tony was instrumental to the success of our renovation. He put me in contact with a great architect. We started with a simple room/bathroom renovation, but as the project progressed, I kept on adding more items to fix and eventually renovated the whole place. We've redone all the floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, insulation, heating system, outside walls, yard, and we even added a couple new rooms, and a support beam to replace a weirdly placed pillar.
Tony kept his budget and timeline promises, which was a real feat since all of this happened right as the pandemic started.
Moreover, Tony has helped out with a couple maintenance items since then.

Tony Nolasco and his team deserve ten stars for the excellent work done on my bathroom remodel. I have an older house with only one bathroom. Tony expedited the removal of the old fixtures and installation of the new walk-in shower with bench, vanity, floor, toilet, lights and safety features. Everything is now up to code and I couldn’t be happier. What I truly appreciated was the constant communication, the team members arriving on time and the care they took in clearing up when done for the day. Their attention to detail in all aspects of the work is much appreciated.

Nolasco Construction is a great and reliable company for home building and remodeling. They have a ton of experience with designing and building. We've done some room additions and recently a bathroom remodel, and have been really pleased with the follow-through and workmanship.

We remodeled our house in Belmont by adding a second floor and completely reconfiguring our first floor. We received bids from several builders but decided to go with Tony. We were living in Menlo Park at the time, and it turns out he lived on our street! Tony presented us with a reasonable bid for the work, and in the end, we are very glad we went with him. Tony has gathered a team of subcontractors over 30 years in the business that he trusts and that do excellent work. He is a great communicator, and he always kept us informed what was being done, what was next, and what additional things he recommended should be/needed to be done. The remodel took longer than we wanted but this was due to our choice not to hire an interior designer but to do all the work in choosing the kitchen designer, tiles, pulls, designing our bathrooms etc. ourselves. But that aside, Tony’s crew did a fantastic job with the new addition even navigating through issues with the design that looked fine on paper but didn’t quite work out as planned. For example, when a door (that would lead down to the garage) would not fit under the new stairs to the second floor, he just moved the garage stairs and made it part of the house (see pics) which turned out very nice, making our great room look even more open! Another positive for Tony is that he gives an honest opinion, especially given we were choosing our own accents. This saved us from a few mistakes we would have regretted, like our kitchen backsplash. In a way, it felt like we were designing our interior (and exterior) together, so Tony was sort of an interior designer (free of charge). Overall, it was a pleasure working with Tony and his crew. Their attention to detail and being sensitive to our needs was top notch. We highly recommend Nolasco Construction.

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom completely remodeled by Nolasco Construction Group, led by Tony Nolasco, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Tony and his skilled team — including Tavo, Marco, and Cindy — were professional, detail-oriented, and easy to work with from start to finish. They consulted effectively with our designer to address concerns and a few modifications. Their craftsmanship and dedication really showed in every part of the project.
Tony walked us through the plan and timeline, advising us of adjustments as they developed. The contractors and his chosen subcontractors were dependable and respectful of our home throughout the remodel. They kept the work area clean, answered questions promptly, and made sure we understood every step of the process.
The quality of the work is outstanding — the kitchen and bath are absolutely beautiful, functional, and finished with exceptional attention to detail. The project stayed mostly on schedule and within the budget we agreed on, and we feel like we got great value for what we invested.
