I recently had the pleasure of working with N & C Heating & Air after my business had a gas leak. Craig showed up and immediately got to work. He was efficient, professional, and explained the entire process at every point during his service call. I would highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs. From now on, they will be the only ones I’ll use for my business and home.

The techniciansshowed up on time ready to work. They were neat, Clean presentable and very professional they explained each process of the install so that I had a good understanding of how the unit worked. Also, they found a part that Showed signs of ware that were not in the Repair work order. Robert, the technician took the time to show me where it was at,and how to fix it if it began to not work Properly. He also informed me that it would give me issues down the road, but that it did not need to be fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend N.C ac to friends and family. I will not have anyone else work on my units. Thanks for the good work the honesty and integrity not to mention the respect for my home.

An A+ company. My air conditioner stopped. They came the next day. Thank goodness because it’s in the 90’s soon 100. The gentleman, Craig, was so kind and informative. He later told me he was the owner. He figured out the problem within minutes. He went above and beyond checking every thing out in my air conditioner. I will definitely be using them for my heating and air from now on. Thank you so very much Craig.
Update: Called and spoke to Brandy yesterday, who is always so kind and accommodating. She got me an appointment for today. New problem. My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. 100 outside 90 in my house. Robert and Alex came. Two of the most kind and polite gentleman. Did test on the air conditioner. Knew what the problem was. Went in my attic and yes there was what they said was the problem. A leakage with the coils. Can’t be fixed, need a new air conditioner. But they did a temporary fix to give me cool air till the new one comes. Robert said he didn’t want to leave me with no air. I am so thankful for their thoughtfulness. N&C have the most professional caring employees. And high quality work. Like I said previously I will always use N&C Heating and Air for my services. Thank you so much Robert and Alex.

Robert G from N&C Heating and Air, was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He answered all my questions, took his time checking everything. At the end of the service gave me summary of what was done. Nicole from dispatch also provided great customer service.

This is a great business, great customer service and the technicians were courteous and knowledgeable.

Craig made three trips over two days to completely repair my HVAC system in the middle of a heat wave. He is very knowledgeable, honest, hardworking and professional. I’d give him 100 stars if I could. Plus, he was super nice to my overheated collie dog! We all appreciate having some cool air. I’ll be calling this company again.

Tech was nice, informative and did not try to up sale us on anything (like other companies have in the past). He found a short in my wiring between my thermostat and unit that shorted out the thermostat. Replaced that and cleaned my coils which the last company didn't the last 2 times. Will definitely recommend these guys and use them again. Thanks Jose R. Oh our last tech (from another company) told us that our pressure was low due to a leak, Jose checked and found no such leak and said our pressure was still in a good range. Appreciate your honesty.

The were helping to get my furnace to work again. They helped me find out what was wrong with the furnace. Thank you N & C Heating.

Craig is great I don't think I'll ever call anybody else to fix my heater. Thank goodness for the company because these roofers are really putting my house through the hell. It's nice to know I have at least a heater pro and we won't freeze. Thanks Craig The saga continues!!!

I want to thank Craig and Jose for coming out here the day before my inspection on my roof and getting the job done and getting it done properly! If it wasn't for NNC heating I don't know exactly where I'd be, most likely freezing. But I just want to say thank you thank you thank you to the guys to the company for coming out and handling this with such professionalism, courtesy and completing the job the way it's supposed to be done. Craig, you, and the company are Aces in my book. You will always come highly recommended from me Thank you again for all that you have done I don't think I could have got through this nightmare if it hadn't been for you guys Thank you again!!

Our air conditioner stopped working suddenly! It was 105° weather and a Saturday 🤦‍♀️ We Had a rough couple of nights! My husband called First American Home Warranty! They sent out Craig Capello with N & C Heating and Air. First thing Monday morning. Craig was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. He was able to figure out that the capacitor needed to be replaced and Wala. It’s working!! Craig answered all my questions and was great at explaining everything concerning our air conditioning unit. We are very grateful! We will definitely be using them for our future needs.

N&C recently replaced my AC unit through my home warranty company, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the initial diagnosis and repair attempt to the full system replacement, every technician who came out was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. I don’t write reviews often, but this team absolutely deserves the recognition. Their service was top-notch from start to finish—hands down the best company I’ve dealt with throughout the entire process.
