First time calling a plumber and it was an easy and good experience. Friendly and punctual. They recommend a few other thing but were not pushy. Always hope we dont need a plumber, but definitely will call them again, if I need a plumber.

Great communication and responsive. Rich called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a message. He offered to repair the water heater but it is more than 12 years old so we decided to replace it. Brought everything up to code for less than the price quoted. Nice to deal with an honest company.

Very professional and thorough. Something was wrong with our hot water heater and upon inspection, he realized there was also a leak. He quickly replaced some stuff (don’t know proper terminology) and fixed the leak. Great service!

This company was available on the weekend and came the very next day! Richard was really through and checked the pipes underground and outside and found more than one pipe that was leaking, he took his time and made sure everything was working well when he was done! Really happy with his work !

We had the knob in the tub stop working so water was flowing non stop.
Called my property manager on Saturday morning At 7am and 15 minutes later Rich showed up to evaluate the problem. He went to the store to find the components but since it was the weekend the store he needed was closed. He did a temporary fix so we can use the bathroom since we only have one. He went back to store once he could and came back to fix the situation. He handled the situation very well. He was professional and timely. He informed us of every step and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
