this was the best carpet cleaning service i have ever used! luis was very friendly and treated my home with a lot of care. he really paid attention to every detail and made sure the job was done right. my carpet was extremely dirty and i had tried many times to clean it myself, but nothing worked. after luis finished, my carpet looked completely refreshed—soft, fluffy, and with no leftover cleaning residue. he also took care of my older micro suede couch, and it turned out amazing, looking just like new. i highly recommend summit carpet cleaners for anyone in mill valley needing their carpets or upholstery cleaned!

The pet caretakers did their best to clean up the mess and then rolled the carpets up and moved them to the garage where the stains and odor remained for another week. When we returned, we took the carpets to a local cleaning service, expecting to hear that they were beyond saving, given their terrible condition. I dropped them off and received a call a few days later, surprisingly informing me that not only were they able to remove the new stains and odors, but they also managed to eliminate an old stain on the dining room carpet that had previously proven impossible to remove by other cleaning services. The carpets were delivered to my doorstep today and they both look and smell fantastic, far better than the last time I had them cleaned by a more costly service.
