They were able to accommodate my time and came after 5pm when I got back from work. They did a quality job - not only replaced the garbage disposal that was scheduled for, but also fixed a leaked pipe found during the disposal replacement.

Really great experience with these guys. I had a water leak that they came and fixed. While we were testing the fix, we found another secondary leak in a different spot. They came back another day and fixed everything up, working with me to make sure everything was covered by home warranty. They did really excellent work on a project that ended up being a lot bigger than we initially thought. Would recommend.

My home warranty (ORHP) assigned me to Aqua Fresh. I called them on a Monday, they said they could come Wednesday. 15 minutes before they were to arrive someone called me and said he was on his way.

He had the part (garbage disposal) in his van so he could do everything in one trip. In addition to replacing the disposal, he also replaced multiple rusty pipes and made sure everything was working, and cleaned up the work area.

Can't ask for more than that.

My experience with Aqua Fresh has been very good. They don’t have someone to answer calls or schedule appointments. But they are very efficient, thorough, and committed contractor.

Last year Danny replaced our kitchen sink incinerator and unclogged dishwasher pipes.

I am compelled to write this review based on their work on water heater return line leakage. Two previous contractors either didn’t want to do the work or were incapable. One of them even made holes in my wall from the other side but still couldn’t fix the leakage.

Danny and his crew unhooked the water heater, moved it by a few inches, replaced the pipe, and reinstalled the water heater in a matter of hours. He made it look easy a fairly complicated job.

Towards the end, a screw fell behind the water heater. He went to Home Depot and came back to finish work.

My home warranty company for my rental authorized Aqua Fresh to check out my leaking water heater. They came out the next day to check it out. They contacted the warranty company to get authorization for a new water heater. No problem, they set up an appointment for the following day, a Sunday to install it. Met them at the house today and the job is all done and everything is good. My tenant is happy that they have hot water again. Had to leave messages on their voice-mail, but promptly called back.

I met Aqua Fresh through my home insurance company. Usually it takes several days for a contractor to show up. When I called Aqua Fresh in the morning he said he could come that same afternoon. He arrived early in the 2 hour window that he promised and resolved the issue within about 30 minutes. He also helped analyze my home plumbing and gave me solid suggestions of how to anticipate and prevent this plumbing issue from happening again, as this was the second time for a similar blockage. Like other reviewers, I was assigned to Aqua Fresh through my home warranty company. To my surprise, they called me on the first weekday (Monday after a weekend) and said the plumber was in the area already, and could fix my problem! The guy showed up on time and fixed my drain issue within minutes. Super nice and would use them again.

Aqua Fresh Plumbing did good work replacing my garbage disposal and shower diverter. Pete was professional, clean, and notably reliable - he showed up on time despite traveling from San Jose to San Francisco on a challenging game day when street parking near Oracle Park was nearly impossible to find. His persistence in finding parking showed real commitment to honoring the appointment. Both installations are working properly. Peter from Aqua Fresh is a gifted plumber. I was assigned to them by First American Home Warranty after the first plumber screwed many things. Peter took care of installing a new faucet, taking care of a leak, and fixing a long standing issue with the shower head which many plumbers couldn't do earlier. I will surely call him for future work.
