Better Plumbing did a wonderful job on the home in re-piping my whole house. When I had a sewer leak Better Plumbing came in an emergency and did the repair on my sewer line.

Cameron did a fantastic job for me. He was on time, very conscientious, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He then responded very quickly to a second related problem that occurred and fixed that too.

He's a very fair man. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Cameron was patient, thorough,reliable and honest with my senior citizen mother who had a leak that required pipes to be replaced. Highly highly recommend Cameron for his honesty and craftsmanship.

I was having some issues with my tankless water heater. On my first call, Cameron gave me a few things to look for and try -- he could have made the service and charged me, but he gave me some information first that might save me from having to pay for a service call. As it turns out, he did need to come out, but I really appreciated his initial attempt to help by phone. He not only fixed the tankless water heater, he fixed a couple of other problems on my kitchen sink as well. And he even pointed out a problem with the city's water main in the street in front of my house -- it was a little problem now and I was able to get the city to come out and work on it before it became a big problem. I highly recommend Cameron if you have any plumbing issues.

Cameron provided excellence service and he is very trustworthy. I have zero knowledge of plumbing and he was able to meticulously explain the procedure and the possible causes. He not only fix the problem but provided advice on how to fix the situation long term.

Cameron diagnosed the source of the leak coming from our upstairs bathtub. He performed a better solution for a permanent fix. He also patched the ceiling readying for the next work to be done. I would highly recommend him to work on your plumbing needs.

First Class! This is how I would describe Cameron's plumbing jobs and work ethic. His work is done right the first time professionally, with quality materials, and in a timely manner. In fact I needed Cameron recently to clear a drain and he was at my home within an hour and had the drain cleared in minutes. I had used a different company before using Cameron, and they took hours to clear the drain. Regardless of what plumbing job you have a need for, bathroom, kitchen, tank less water heater, gas line, simply clear a drain, or whatever. You will be glad you called Cameron, especially if you have used other plumbers before!

Cameron from better plumbing is a real professional. I called him on Sunday morning for a plumbing work and he was able to give me time on that Sunday because of the emergency I had, he reached on time and gave me a free estimate. He also gave me advise on how can I do it my self. I really doubt some one would a give a free advise to fix things. I am really thankful I called better plumbing.

When I used to live in Milpitas Better Plumbing was the company I called for any plumbing problem I had. When we moved to Sacramento I called Better Plumbing in the middle of night to get a referral in the area for a plumbing emergency, and Cameron came over immediately. When we used Better Plumbing in Milpitas we never had the same problem again and I am sure we'll never have the same problem in Sacramento again either! The quality of the materials Better Plumbing uses and Cameron's decades of experience coupled with his craftsmanship he puts in his work is a winning combination. When you need a plumber Better Plumbing is always there when you need one, call Cameron! Lastly, he told me the price up front, I approved it before any work was started and Cameron stuck with that price, despite any difficulties or surprises. He kept his word. I love Better Plumbing! We had a disaster on our hands when our 3.5 year old "state of the art" tankless water heater blew up and flooded our house. Cameron of Better Plumbing was great in helping us with our crisis! He was super knowledgeable and patient; he took the time to explain the options to my husband and me. He knew about the recall on that water heater and helped us select a new Rinnai, and also get remuneration for the recalled product. Cameron did a spot-on professional job with the install; he installed the new heater on the exterior so we won't ever have a flooding mess again. Cameron was extremely responsive, and also helped coordinate with the insurance company. He is an excellent plumber, and we'd certainly call him again the next time we need plumbing assistance.

We recently had this wonderful gentleman named Cameron come to our house to fix a terrible opposite of a leak situation where our faucet randomly decided it was no longer going to work (aka no water) in the kitchen! Terrible to have no water, I assure you, and Cameron came on the same day and helped us out. He explained things super simply, was very friendly, and gave us multiple options for how to fix. All in all, it was resolved in one day, and we will definitely be using his services in the future. Thank you Cameron!!!! 🎉

Our shower had terrible pressure and wouldn’t give us consistent hot water and our sinks spit out rusty water. Cameron helped give us our quality of life back by repiping our whole home and helping us get high quality shower hardware that will last for years to come. I’ve never had a better shower and I have more hot water than I know what to do with!! We didn’t even know our kitchen sink was bad but he encouraged us to replace our faucet and helped us choose a high quality faucet and we’re so grateful for his expertise and advise because washing dishes isn’t so bad anymore! He’s always been our go to for all our plumbing needs and he’s never disappointed, but sadly we might not be needing him much anymore since he’s basically given us a whole new plumbing system! 10/10 recommend Cameron and Better Plumbing :)

Would DEFINITELY call Better Plumbing again! Very knowledgeable about every aspect of plumbing & lots of experience. Cameron installed our water heater and plumbed our house for a washer & gas line for our dryer. He answered all questions and taught us a lot about the right way to do things.
