Chris' team came out and confirmed the problem quick and easy. Verified my leaking valve, stopped it, and made sure the flow from the meter confirmed the same. Very friendly staff and super easy to work with. I don't want another leaky situation but I know who to call if I do. Thanks Guys!

i have used this service many times. Very good. it can be helpful to know where pipes or leaks are underground.

I had a hot water leak under my floor. Cruz was able to locate the leak and identify surrounding heating pipes. Their service was fast and the experience was excellent.

My Company is On R Way Plumbing. I have been using there Company multiple times have been really happy, there worker Sal called me ahead of time with Eta pin point where the copper pipes were going and found the leak in the house for my client. I open the walls and Jackpot the pipes were there. I by pass the walls no need to dig up the ground. My client was so happy I didn't have to rip out the floors. I told her Cruz leak locators were great, I have been recommending them to all my clients. There so busy you'll need to wait it's worth waiting on the right guys that will get the job done .

My plumber hired C Cruz before and I myself used American leak detection at a different site so I kind of know how they operate.
I decided to call C Cruz as this house has radiant and everything is in or under the slab. Chris Sr. and his tech identified the underground leak fairly quick. They also marked where the water lines are and let me know how the pipes run. Chris Sr. has gone extra miles spending time to figure out my over-complicated pipe madness in the utility closet as the radiant/tankless/tank all involved. Several plumbers in the past refused to work in this closet as they couldn't figure things out-that's how messy it is. Sr. explained things in details and made several logical suggestions how the problem can be solved at the minimum costs as possible. Sr.'s suggestion helps me to avoid digging and this is probably the best money I've ever spent and one of the best contractors I've used. Highly recommended.

My plumber recommended Chris Cruz to do a video inspection of my sewer line. The first time he came, my plumber had not sufficiently clear the line and he did not charge for the visit. The second time he came he not only did a thorough inspection but corrected several incorrect comments made by my plumber. He obviously knows his job. Very professional and right on time!!

While they did a decent job (charge a lot) of looking for leaks in our old radiant heating setup, they failed to get the system back to its working state. Just said “call a plumber.” Not easy to find a radiant heating aware plumber. No heat at all until someone helped get it back up fairly easily. Not impressed.
