We have used Baily’s Heating & Air.Inc. services before. They scheduled us for a same day (extended hours Appt)) even though it we contacted them on a Friday afternoon. The extended hours fee was reasonable. Moses showed up promptly. He was professional, ,polite , respectful and friendly. He was informative regarding our issues. Payment was easy. Reasonable prices! Excellent service. If we need a heating and air service in the future we will be using Bailey’s Heating and Air.

Bailey's sent out a tech on a holiday within just a few hours of the call. Duane showed up and had it repaired very quickly. Great job guys !

Bailey’s is always great to us! They always call us to schedule twice a year so we don’t forget! The technicians always arrive on time with a smile. When I told them I wouldn’t be able to stay at home the whole time he said, no problem and he didn’t even need to come in the house. He left us new filters for whenever we decide to change them! But he would have done it if I wanted him to! Bailey’s is always a great choice!!!

Did an excellent job got the unit serviced and back up and running with no issues within 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

Annual servicing is the best way to avoid more costly and inconvenient repairs.

We had an issue with our A/C Unit. I called Bailey’s and they sent a technician out. He troubleshooted, found the issue and ordered the part. RJ Nava returned with the part, was very friendly and replaced it under the estimated time he estimated!

We are so happy with the great service provided!! Our very old air conditioner was not working even after we put in a new thermostat. Our technician D'Andre came out & thoroughly went through every possibility to diagnose what was wrong, called for back up & went to work. He didn't leave until our unit was working beautifully. Thank you so much for your perseverance, expertise, professionalism & great customer service!! We are now enjoying the very nice feeling of very cold air keeping us cool in this heat, thanks to Bailey's Air Heroes!!

RJ provided a wonderful service today and he carefully inspected everything and clearly explained the cause and location of the issue. Fantastic service. Technician (Carlos) knew where to check to find the issue. He quickly found the problem, showed me the damaged part (caused by an electrocuted bug), and replaced it in no time. The office even looked up my warranty coverage!
