Awesome service. The technician that came out was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He was extremely careful both inside and around our garden outside where the A/C unit is. Highly recommend Dycus both for the service and the pricing!!

We have been regular customers of Dycus for many years now, and have always been happy with their service. While doing our normal summer maintenance this year the tech noted that the motor for our air conditioning unit was beginning to fail. While it could continue to work for a while longer, there was no telling when that failure would occur. Having experienced that exact scenario a number of years ago, when the unit decided to fail in the middle of one of the worst heat waves our area had experienced in many years, we didn't want to go through that again. Dycus ordered the new motor for us and the tech installed it yesterday. Working great. Now we don't have to worry about the extreme heat wave being predicted for next week. I would definitely recommend Dysus to anyone in need of heating and/or air conditioning service.

Dycus has been taking care of our HVAC system for 10 years and we have no regrets. Every issue is handled quickly, Brittany in the office is very sweet and helpful, and the techs are great. Shout out to Doug, the Maestro AC Conductor, who just saved our system from the approaching summer heat.

Dycus has done a great job converting our home to heat pumps. It has really save us a lot on electricity and has eliminated our heating gas bill. Their annual regular service keeps us running well and if there are any issues, they service promptly.

Dycus is reliable and professional. We have used them for years for our twice yearly a/c and heater maintenance plus any issues for our house and rentals.

Our HVAC unit wasn’t blowing cold air so we called Dycus to repair it. Unfortunately our unit was about 24 years old and beyond repair. Dycus was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and efficient during the entire process to have our unit replaced. The crew that came out for the replacement was right on time and worked all day to complete the job. It also happened to be on a very rainy day and they were quite diligent and courteous about covering their shoes each time they came into the house. They were also very thorough about cleaning up after themselves (both inside and outside) when the job was done. We were very satisfied with Dycus from start to finish and highly recommend them for correcting any HVAC problems.

Dycus provides excellent customer service. We have used Dycus to install heater and A/C units in both residential and commercial buildings. They have experienced/knowledgeable technicians who get the job done quickly. They leave the premises in perfect condition. We called for a free quote. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The price was very reasonable. We had arranged for other quotes and we unfortunately went with another company. We were not knowledgeable enough and ended up paying MAYBE a thousand less for a traditional system NOT the new all electric energy efficient system with an inverter and heat pump. We should have went with Dycus!

Dycus Heating and Air Conditioning has been in the Family since 2007. Either installing or servicing the unit. Very honest, caring and very professional. Great technicians. And when you need them they are there. Great Company.

10 Plus Plus, they were able to get me in much sooner than my appointment. Very efficient and great to work with. The service manager was very helpful in explaining everything to my Son, since I was at work. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you again, this is a very Happy Mom!!

The greatest service I ever had Doug was right on. He knows what he's talking about. I was advised to change it apart out and I changed it out.And the unit worked perfectly and then when I retracted the motor the inverter motor that I just put in.It was too hot to touch so can you schedule me appointment again for tomorrow to get a recheck on my system. THANKS.
