I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Herk's plumbing. I had a horrible plumbing issue on a Saturday and they came to the rescue quickly and were so professional, effective and informative and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Herk's 100 percent!

I had an appointment first thing in the morning for some minor work on a gas line and It just so happened my water heater went out overnight. I had water all over the garage. Dustin showed up to do the gas line and when I pointed out the water heater Dustin said he could take care of it for me, he had a full day of appointments, but managed to fit me in. He did all the work at a very fair price! Herks is now going to be my go to plumbing company.

Herk's came out on short notice to replace some leaking drain piping under my house. They actually showed up early, got the work done and charged a reasonable price. Very satisfied. Will be the only plumber I call from now on.

We have used them many times from plumbing in laundry room to new waste pipes under our home. They are such total Pros in their field! Even the scheduler intake associate is awesome! We reccomend, highly! Thanks Herks!

Herk's is the best of the best. We had a pipe break which flooded the underneath of our home. We needed immediate help. They showed up in force and resolved our emergency quickly and professionally. They completely replumbed our entire house. Their follow-up is unparalleled. Herk's is the best in the industry.

We started out a little rocky..but Dustin & Brian came in to save the day! Some of our parts didn't fit..no fault of Herk's..just manufacturer of the faucets...and our older house's shower valves need new cartridges that we haven't been able to locate, YET. But they are still going to try to locate them. I can't say enough about Candace in the office she made sure I was taken care of and was very accomodating. This family business is one worth keeping around..I highly recommend them!

I called this company and they answered right away. You're very helpful and courteous and getting me scheduled the same day. He told me someone could be out there right away. Less than 1 hour after we spoke they arrived and were able to fix the problem with ease. I will definitely be referring this company to anyone who needs any Plumbing services.

This company has the nicest staff! Even though they had a full schedule they managed to get someone out here! The service man was so professional and did a great job getting that stubborn clog out!! He was determined! Lol 🤗

By far, the best plumbing business I have ever used. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and affordable. Dustin helped me today, the day before Fourth of July, and though they were clearly busy, he made the time to come back after he diagnosed the problem to install the toilet after I went to the store to buy it. I will definitely call them back and tell my friends about them.

I couldn't have asked for better results in unclogging my kitchen sink! He showed up on time, was very courteous, got the old built up sludge out quickly and made sure there were no further problems. My husband and I just bought our house here in Modesto and we had no clue who to call so after reading so many good reviews I decided to take the chance of calling Herk's and I'm so glad I did! I love friendly hardworking people and so must Herk’s Plumbing because that seems to be the only kind of people they hire. The lady answering the phone at the main office was very nice. The plumber, Cliff, was on time, did excellent work, and even explained what he was doing every step of the way. He really made me feel like he appreciated me as a customer and as a person. He is a very good guy. It has been such a pleasure doing business with Herk’s. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. It’s great to have such an excellent family owned business in my hometown.

Called Herks on a Monday and they came out to give a free estimate on Tuesday morning. Dustin called me 30 minutes before arriving and greeted my pups at the door. He immediately got to work and provided fair estimates for installing a new kitchen faucet, fixing two randomly running toilets, and a new water heater. He provided a detailed explanation on pros and cons of tankless water heaters and explanations on the issues with the toilets. He was able to install the new kitchen faucet and fix one toilet on the spot at a fair price. Dustin was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and Left my house spotless. We will definitely be using them to install a new toilet and a new water heater.

I moved to the Central Valley a few months ago. Thinking I had a clogged toilet I was hoping to find a reputable plumber for same day service. Although I was informed that they had a full schedule, Shane and Joe called and stopped by soon after. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the product. Being very honest, it was explained to me that there are different types of toilets and how this one works. Being disabled and on fixed income I felt relieved for their honestly as I have had bad experiences in the past. Herks is in my contacts now and I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends!!

I have used Herk's Plumbing several times over many years, I am always impressed with there total service. They have installed a gas line for my dryer and also gas stove, which required accessing crawl space, handled instalation with no issues! Cracked ABS drain pipe in the wall of my laundry room, again handled pipe repair with no issues! 7/6/2023, had the Herk's crew out to replace a shower diverter/fill spout for guest bathroom tub/shower. Was greeted professionally, introductions, discussed briefly the work they were going to complete, and they were done! I have a house full of guests showing up here pretty quickly, made short order of getting shower back up and operational! Very pleased, a pleasure doing business with this plumbing organization! I have Herk's Plumbing on speed dial!

I met with Dustin, Herk’s son. You can tell he is a man of principle, and that is something I respect heavily. He came early, gave me a quotation, and told me that he recommended I get my landscape guy to do it as it was cheaper. I was impressed at how much time and care he put into our meeting. He located the water cutoff, out of courtesy. If I would have any other problem, I would give him a call first. The perfect balance of professionalism, and neighborliness.

Their staff is very professional and got the job done quickly. The person answering the phone was very helpful. And on-site plumbers Shawn and Edward showed up quickly, fixed the clog and explained to me the situation to prevent further issues. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We had a toilet leaking and the main line backed up in our office at work. Herk's plumbing was here within a couple hours and fixed everything! Excellent customer service and such a fast response!

We had a toilet (40+ years old) that needed replacing, another one (25+ years old) that needed repairs, and then the morning of the appointment our water heater (8 years old) stopped working! Talk about frustrating and inconvenient! We called the morning of the appointment to let them know about the water heater. They came prepared for a replacement (which we did need). Additional issues popped up when trying to replace the toilet and they had to make an additional run for more parts. When the second toilet decided not to work well with the new repairs, they went out, picked up a new toilet, and installed it for us instead of requiring us to pick one up and make an additional appointment for it. When we panicked a bit about the estimated cost, they talked us through it in a kind, empathetic, patient and non-pushy way. The final cost was fair and below the estimate. All work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The guys went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that repairs were done well, done right, and everything was running properly before they left.

I had started that morning in tears of frustration. I ended the day in tears of thankfulness! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services and they are number one on my list if/when we need any additional work at our house. Thank you SO MUCH Herk's Plumbing!

I was cleaning my bathroom and noticed the toilet was leaking at the seal. I called Herk's and they answered right away and were able to get me a quote over the phone, which was the lowest of the three that I called. Also I remembered their fun vans that I had seen in the Modesto Christmas Parade and mentioned that on the phone, It was almost noon when I called and they said they could have someone out between 2 and 4, which was awesome. Herk Jr called me at about 12:30 and said he could be there in 10 minutes. He and another young man came in and got it done in just a few minutes. They were very kind and professional, and when I went yo pay it was WAY less than what they had quoted. They will definitely go on my list of trusted companies to use in the future if needed. Highly recommend!
