Thank you guys you were really helpful throughout the entire process. I had a fire and water claim , I was I was overwhelmed with the situation I was in. Once Servpro showed up they made everything look so easy. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any fire or water restoration. They are the pros !

I called ServPro after discovering my fathers house had flooded. The kind woman who answered the phone (after hours) was extremely helpful, she took my number and called back right away to inform me the crew would be out in an hour, even though it was well after 8pm. I call this service! The crew arrived and began work right away. They helped with everything, from moving all furniture out, to taking care of the insurance. They emailed daily to inform us of the progress and when we would arrive on site, Shaun and the crew ensured they explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend ServPro Turlock!!

Worst service. My project manager told me not to worry all I would have to pay is my deductible. They all are liars. Do not use them. They overcharged and now I have to make up the difference. I hope I find a class action suit against them.
