We had an A/C unit go down with one of our tenants in the high heat. Airtro was out quickly and replaced the unit even though they were booked. They did it on the weekend for us and did a great job. I would recommend them for any A/C needs.

I was referred to Jose Hernandez at Air-Tro Heating and Air Conditioning by my brother who had used Jose and his team on 3 of his projects. After vetting several companies including Air-Tro Inc. I selected Jose and his team to replace my heating and air conditioning system here in Chino Hills. In my first meeting with Jose he presented himself in a professional manner and very knowledgeable of his craft and product. His team, lead by Chris were here on time each morning, were respectful, clean, and the 3 of them worked very well together. The project was finished in two days, at the completion of the install, Chris and his guys did a final thorough clean up, leaving the house very clean. After a couple weeks I requested to have a couple adjustments made to the air flow in the duct work. Jose arranged to have Chris come and make those adjustments, no problem. I'm very pleased with the system and the effort it took to install the system. I'm very reassured that if I have any issue they promptly come out and take care of it. Thank you Air Pro Inc.

I recommend Air-Tro. I called for service on my furnace after another local company could not figure the problem out, after several trips. The service tech Taylor was very professional, courteous, and was able to successfully diagnose the problem and replace a part. I was also very happy with the appointment process, and the office staff.

We are very pleased with the quality of service that we have recieved from Air Tro from beginning to end. The coordinator for appointments called and confirmed availability for our annual review and inspection and the technicians were timely and called before coming on to the premises. They were very thorough and informative about what they would be doing as they were completing each unit and were efficient with their time. They also let us know that they would be sending us an estimate on what work needed to be done. We recieved the estimate in a timely manner. I would defintely continue services and am thankful for all the staff including the appointment scheduler, the technicians and parts department manager.

I have had Air-Tro handle my HVAC for 30 years. It is a first rate organization. I have never had a technician who was anything but the best of competency, concientiousness, and courtesy.

Had a great experience with Air-Tro. Our 17 year old combined furnace/AC unit needed a significant repair and so we decided to replace it. Got two quotes, including one from Air-Tro who we use for our annual maintenance and was very impressed and pleased with their knowledge, professionalism and work. The removal and installation was performed without a hitch. Kevin, the salesperson we worked with had a lot of experience and he actually recommended a smaller unit than the one I had because it would work better than a larger unit. I had a very good experience with Air-Tro and would not hesitate to use them the next time the furnace dies.....hopefully in another 15-20 years!

Air Tro was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I called them when my heater stopped working. They came out asap & diagnosed the problem…and then solved the problem! And thank goodness they did! They found cracked pipes in my old furnace, which could have allowed carbon monoxide to come into my house! I’m so very grateful for them! And, not only were they very skilled at their jobs, but also very helpful & kind, in answering all my questions. In my opinion, Air Tro is the best!

We had a whole house fan installed a few weeks ago and it works great. We turn it on at night and it pulls in cool outside air and pushes the hot air out through the roof. The fan is quiet, and saves tons of electricity because we don't have to run the A/C all night to keep our upstairs rooms cool. Our technician, Jose, arrived on time, completed the installation within a couple of hours, and cleaned up afterwards. Because of their fair pricing, and courteous staff, we will be using Air-Tro for all future heating and air conditioning services. If you're looking for a great company to work with, then Air-Tro is the clear choice.

I have used Air-Tro to repair or service my AC for several years. I can recommend them very highly. They are responsive, efficient and affordable. Their technician Tristan is excellent - a great technician, very straightforward, never tries to upsell products or services which I appreciate.

Technician was knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis and found the problem quickly. Parts were ordered (for a 20 year old system) and at no time did he try to sell me a new system. The office followed up when parts arrived and I was up and running the next day. The technician installed the new parts and cleaned the entire unit and the surrounding area. I will definitely be using them in the future to service my system.

When I request work from any professional service provider, I expect to receive skilled labor and proficient results in return for payment of my bill. Air-Tro delivered that service and I am very thankful and happy. Chris G. did a very detailed inspection on my gas wall heater and also a thorough cleaning to remove debris and built-up dust. He even went a step further, to check for any possible carbon monoxide leaks. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of his work and his professionalism, not to mention the fair service charge. Had new AC and HVAC installed by Air-Tro. One in Monrovia, one in Arcadia. Both were great experiences. They clean up after they complete any work. Had a routine service call at the Arcadia address and Ruben was very kind. He gave me a suggestion on the air filter. so I can now stretch out the replacement time. These folks are established!

We got a quote for regular maintenance on our Air Conditioner & heating units. David was very professional & knowledgeable. The timeline for setting up the quote and doing the 1st maintenance on the units was all within one week. Jaime serviced the units and did a thorough job making sure all the units were working properly. Air-Tro Inc is a well-run company and I would highly recommend them.

Rudy and his team handled our install (a full AC replacement - new ducts, new heat pump, thermostat, new everything).
