My LG washer had been failing (the computers’ part) and I called them and Cecilia helped me get a new Speed Queen washer (commercial, no frills) I had it installed and working the same day! and the old one taken away. Thank you Emmanuel Appliances

I have a Samsung refrigerator and a sensor went out I called everyone and noone fixes on Samsung or lg due to its extremely hard to get parts but then I called this company and the young lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and extremely nice and courteous where I felt comfortable so fast they worked with my schedule and came after hours to fix my refrigerator there tech was so friendly and showed me step by step what was wrong and it was fixed right the first time and the price was great if u have Samsung or LG and u have a problem u should call these guys there the best

I was having trouble with my refrigerator. I got a same day appt. Abraham was excellent and professional. Customer service was excellent when I called in.. I'm going to buy a refrigerator in the near future.

We are glad that we called Emmanuel"s Appliances to fix our refrigerator. They had a service tech look at our fridge and immediately identified the problem. He told us up front what our options were. We could go through their company and pay for the parts and labor or contact the manufacturer and asked for a replacement compressor and just pay for the installation. So we did just that. LG took a long time to deliver the part but Bernice (I apologize if I misspelled) was really attentive and pushing LG to deliver the part. We thank you a 1000x times for your hard work. The repair was quick and professional. I will make sure to direct people their way if they have any problems with their Appliances. Thank you again Emmanuel's Appliances and Staff.
